Bot doesn't react on commands!!!*

That usually happens because:

• Plugin is disabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard and enable the plugin with needed command!
• Permission is missing -> Ask your server's owner to go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard -> Settings -> Bot master -> Add your role
• Command is disabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard, open plugin settings and enable the command!
• Do not reply to command option is enabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard, open plugin settings, click [Edit] button, scroll down and disable the option!
• You're using command in wrong way! -> Moderator commands like !mute !kick !infractions etc. need the user to be mentioned, and !ban and !unban also accept users IDs. Example: !kick @user annoying,

The MEE6 on our server has been very slow when posting in the logs channel the last few days, with stuff like editing channels, users joining the server etc. taking a few minutes sometimes to show up in the logs, if at all. I think after the first user joins on a particular day the other user joins later on don't get noted at all. Is there something we can do to fix this or is this an ongoing issue?

For sometime this month, there has been noticeable lag by MEE6's auto-moderator in my server. Instead of deleting ban words and Discord server invites right away, they hang there for a bit before MEE6 takes action.

Also, when we ban someone, it takes a bit for MEE6's webhook/interrogation to report it back to our logging channel.

This wasn't the case before. It was also immediate prior to this month.

This isn't the best example but...

See I banned this user. MEE6 almost always reports the ban back before I can manually log it. But now there's this delay. And there was delay to delete the invite posted too.

You could simply send the same embed as shown below (used for logs) and paste in the specific channel. For exemple when a Moderator use a command to mute someone, the user is actually warned he got muted because the bot anwser to the command.

I don't know if it's just my server or others have experienced it too but the bot has always logged all actions like when someone gets a new role, someone is warned, someone leaves etc almost instantly but lately its getting a huge delay. I noticed it only works the first time. On the following Mondays MEE6 does not send the message.

• MEE6 has an anti-flood system. So messages need to be sent between a timer and another in order to keep timers being sent

Hello, I'm doing some tests for moderation, I set 3 warnings = kick, 4 warnings = ban, the fact is after the user gets kicked, he can re-join the server (with all the infractions still registered), and if I !warn him again, he just get kicked, instead of banned permanently. Then I check !infractions and the list is over 10 warnings, so there is something wrong clearly. Am I missing something? I can !warn him forever he can just re-enter and the only way to ban him is manually check !infractions and count if there are more than 4 and then manually ban him from Discord or !ban command

Spanish bug report:
When a channel has been set to commands-only, images-only or videos-only (GIFs), the bot sends the message in english, then spanish. (Only if the bot is set-up in spanish, which it is in my server).

Hi! There's a feature that deletes spam, i.e. if you send two similar messages, it deletes them.
However, I just wrote one single long message (not split up, just a single one) and I got it deleted with the same response (translated from german: "don't send the same message again and again").
I assume it's probably because there were a few words I used a ton in that message, but it still probably shouldn't happen with one singular message.

I'm getting this bizarre response when anyone uses the command !roll instead of !r when using the Avrae bot.

I have no idea where these commands come from. I did not set these up, and have checked my custom commands.
I have googled MEE6 dice commands and MEE6 math commands to no avail.
CAL is just a nickname, and this is not a custom MEE6 bot.
I do have premium, and have been using MEE6 on my server for around 3-4 years now.
We used to have a custom dice roller bot that used /r, and never got this response from MEE6 with him. I'd assume because of the / instead of !.
It's not a massive deal, as I will keep deleting the message and telling people to not use !roll, but I wanted y'all to know that this hinky stuff is happening.

I hope that you are still able to see the deleted bug report, because I would rather not have to retype it just because Mee6 has a bug.

Non-zalgo is getting removed as Zalgo. Zalgo is an excessive use of multiple combining diacritics. Mee6 is supposed to be able to detect and remove messages that use Zalgo. However, its detection of Zalgo is so extremely oversensitive that it has a 100% false positive rate with any use of combining diacritics. This means that rather than Zalgo detection, Mee6 acts as a combining Diacritic ban, even in their appropriate use case.

This is a problem because combining diacritics are a very useful tool for communicating in languages that use characters not on the keyboard, and technical use cases like IPA. While non-combining forms of these letters are possible, it's usually much easier to program combining diacritics via autohotkey than to have a different autohotkey for each and every letter that requires them.

I feel this is a bug, rather than working as intended, because it's not actually detecting Zalgo, and it's preventing actual speech. It's a pretty bad accessibility issue. I suggest changing the Zalgo detection so that it triggers on sequential use of combining characters, for example two or three adjacent ones.

okay so something terribly awful happened today. since User IDs are supported for most commands I tried clearing someone's message with their ID (they were in the server and didn't leave or something). and suddenly mee6 started clearing the whole channel I had to remove bot's access to the channel but it was too late because the bot were deleting 100 messages once a second. so yeah I guess when using the User ID for a member to clear their messages the bot will just see that as number of messages you want to delete. I hope it get fixed soon.

Found a bug
When making a custom command with an embed, the "add" button doesn't work while the embed color picker is open. The command still is saved, but nothing appears to happen. Confused the hell outta me and thought my command was erroring

I don't really know if this is a bug, or if this will be updated at the next update but, i'm the owner of a server and i can't talk in a image channel due to the restricted channel function, also mods role aren't ignored too. I just want to post a message like Trolling here = Mute but the bot keep deleting it.
It would be cool if you can fix that, like adding a button to the website "Ignore mods role"

Also the command button ignore only mee6 commands and not others bot, it would be cool if we can add whitelisted prefix
