I am using PREMIUM on my server and whenever I enable the WELCOME options, the minute someone joins my server. These options automatically disable themselves. So my custom cards aren't working in my server. The dashboard just auto resets to default (aka nothing). I've logged out & back in, launched the dashboard in incognito browser, etc. I've never had this issue before with premium or the standard Mee6 sub

There is a bug. When i enable the "welcome" dashboard, it works. But when i choose a channel, and when i save, it will not works... (not saving the channel name). But i repeat the same again, the channel name will save (and then close the dashboard site). After, when a member joins my server, its working. but when i back to dashboard, i see the channel name didnt save but the bot still working (on the same channel). this is bizzare bug

Im not sure if this has been reported, however when I try to mention people or roles in the embeds and reaction roles the player names get changed to their numerical codes and roles say deleted-role. Sometimes they appear how their supposed to but sometimes not, and different people see different @'s when looking at the embeds or reaction roles

- your the most viewed video needs to have sufficient views
- it takes some time (up to couple days) for YouTube to index your channel
only once YouTube has indexed your channel, we will be able to find it.

I found a bug in the follow alert when you use a custom bot..
I was working about two months and I kicked the custom bot and mee6, I let mee6 rejoin again without the custom bot and the alerts works now.. Then I let the custom bot rejoin and it was still working.. Maybe a bug maybe not.. But I will let you know

• Permission is missing -> Ask your server's owner to go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard -> Settings -> Bot master -> Add your role
• Command is disabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard, open plugin settings and enable the command!
• Do not reply to command option is enabled -> Go to https://mee6.xyz/dashboard, open plugin settings, click [Edit] button, scroll down and disable the option!

Only explanation is there was desynchronization/MEE6 failed to fetch the message somehow (other than not having access to it permission-wise) so the embed gets disregarded as a measure to prevent issues such as trying to handle a message that doesn't exist in discord. (anymore)

- Do not refresh dashboard, just click the embed to edit it and the yellow is gone and so is the image.

My MEE6 suddenly can not send private messages when being triggered by a command I've set (It worked just fine at the beginning). Now when someone sends the command, it shows "😴 Something went wrong in MEE6 land! Contact our support team for instructions if this keeps happening. code: 11fdf56a13614905b1ca55fe362fa215". Till now dozens of my users have met this problem.

I’m not sure if this is a bug, but in my bot log I have it set up to log leaving and joining of voice channels. Lately it has been bugging out a bit. It will spam someone leaving, when they are still in the voice channel. It was working fine before this, but now it just does this most of the time. Again, I’m not sure if this is just something with me.

I think there's an error when you turn on the "Delay at rules acceptance" feature for the auto roles feature. If that and the welcome messages are enabled at the same time, the welcome message won't send when someone joins, even when they have accepted the rules. I can assure you this is not an error with my MEE6 settings as I have done many tests, such as turning the delay at rules acceptance feature off, and re-enabling it without changing anything else.
Note: The leave messages still work with this feature enabled

Turning on the delayNotPending thing doesn't assign the roles after accepting rules, plus it doesn't post the new member welcome message anywhere.

Custom Bot Issue
We've ran out of memory for our custom bots. We've deployed a fix, however it seems to be taking longer than usual to go on.
- Allow it more 10 minutes
- In the meanwhile, your custom bot may behave like: On and off. And dashboard giving a red warning.
- Do not delete or try to reinvite bot to your server, please. It will lead to a lot of problems once it's back to normal
I will keep you guys updated. Many thanks for been patient.

We found a what was preventing some servers from coming back online and it has now been resolved, too.
Everyone should have had their Custom Bot back online (Despite we are still a few % away from hitting 100%).
We apologise for this huge inconvenience and we are working on a solution to avoid this from happening again. Thanks for being so patient in the meantime.

• MEE6 has an anti-flood system. So messages need to be sent between a timer and another in order to keep timers being sent

I'm going to put this as a bug report as it doesn't seem to be working either for me or for at least a couple of other people who have mentioned the same thing:
The "Receive a Discord notification when someone follows the channel" doesn't seem to be working. I've had several followers and not had a single notification. To check it wasn't a channel permissions issue, yesterday I swapped the channel the notification should happen in to the same channel that MEE6 announces when I go live (so I know that the permissions for that are correct). This issue seems to be affecting other users too, I've seen other posts in this Discord reporting the same thing.
