im having problems with the reaction roles, everytime I take one role away from the reactions and roles slot, and I save it, it keeps showing up again after I refresh the dashboard.
i tried this on incognito and did the same, remove one role because there's 2 roles for the reaction role slot. And save, and it doesn't seem to work and after reloading the page and I go back it still there.
This happens for adding roles too, I save then reload then it's not here.

if you are joining a server when you didn't click the invite for, it's possible you autohrized something like a bot do that. check in user settings -> authorized apps and see if any permissions include "join servers" or something along those lines

• You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

• If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

• Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
• Set Send Messages for Muted role

• If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

• Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role

When adding a Reaction Role with the #️⃣ emoji (as the third option in my setup, just in case it matters), MEE6 starts to make the post in channel but pauses when creating the placeholder reaction for #️⃣, and will just delete the entire post from the server AND from the MEE6 dashboard with no explanation and no error message. Changing to a different emoji fixed the problem. Sounds like a bug, so thought I should mention it. Replicated by another user in #463809001273032715 aswell.

@hollow quest we do have stacked roles on for the level up feature, it was deleting the wrong role of the two. It's supposed to delete a newcomer role (which is just cosmetic) but instead deleted a main role that is needed for a lot of channel access. Has worked just fine for a long time now, no changes on our end that would have caused this.

Having an issue with the welcome cards. The {server.member_count} is displaying 5 more members than I actually have, making my 100th member who joined actually appear as my 105th member. Not sure what's wrong, it was working on Wednesday, and the first glitch was when our 97th member joined and it displayed as #102. Hi I just found a bug in how MEE6 counts the characters in reaction embeds.

Setting it to 2k chars causes the reaction role to vanish in the dashboard and it doesn't ever edit the post even though it shows 2048 as the char limit.

Hello. I activated the Mee6 Timer feature and added 2 timers. Someone has to send a message every day to the channel I set every 4 hours and the other every 12 hours, but sends once and does not send another.

• You can currently only add 10 timers per channel
• MEE6 has an anti-flood system. So messages need to be sent between a timer and another in order to keep timers being sent

Note: In case you can't see any text channels when selecting the place to announce, it probably means you're logged in the wrong account.

Reaction Roles set-up in Dashboard. If you have already typed your message in the Embed text area, and insert emojis earlier in your post - it will delete the final character in the text box, even if you're nowhere near the 2048 limit.

Also if you're using variables such as {server} or mentioning a role it's actually more than 8 characters, as it turns into a mention i.e. <@&159963445448409088> to ping the role

I used Mee6 to record a study on a server that I am admin in, but when I stopped the recording, it did not send the file in chat like it normally does. That also happened a few days ago so I thought it was just that time, but apparently not. I tested it again afterwards (I started and stopped in the same channel that I did the first time), and it worked perfectly. None of the permissions were changed between the two times that I recorded. 1) Is this a problem on my end or the bot’s? There wasn’t any lag, client side nor server side. 2) Is there a way that I can get that recording even though it didn’t send in chat?

You were banned by them, with or without reason and we can't change that.
Using an alternate account to bypass the ban is against Discord Guidelines and not allowed

make sure that person is talking a channel not listed there

and has NONE of the listed roles
