Having problems muting someone/they aren't muted? Check the following

Prerequisites:

Moderator plugin is enabled
!mute command isn't disabled
Bot has role with Manage Roles and Manage Channels permissions
Muted role is under MEE6 role
You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
Set Send Messages for Muted role

If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role
Set Send Messages Read Messages for Muted role
Set Send Messages Read Messages for @everyone role

Cloudflare & Discord issue

A Cloudflare outage caused Discord to go down meaning MEE6 is currently offline...

MEE6 and the Website will return to normal eventually... During an outage it's perfectly normal to see things you wouldnt normally see, such as an empty server list, the dashboard not loading, and MEE6 not responding.

Mee6 have a feature called, Reaction Roles. In youtube, People make their settings of autoroles and when clicking save, Mee6 sends a Reaction Role message in the current channel. And, For me. When clicking save, Mee6 does nothing. It seems like a bug. Can anyone help?

To reset levels, you need to have the Administrator perm (which grants you the ability to access the servers dashboard). The leaderboard can be found by doing !levels or https://mee6.xyz/leaderboard/SERVERID where SERVERID is the server's ID

@signal coral when you added paypal, you had to select a source where paypal should take the money from (credit card or bank account), PayPal isn't able to get the money from your credit card/bank account so the payment can't finish

Alright let me try to explain what's happening, so I purchased mee6 premium on the 9th of July using paypal, and we were receiving the premium until either today or yesterday. So I was looking in my paypal activity trying to find where the purchase was, and its completely gone. It never said it charged me and it never said that it refunded me. Its just like paypal alt+f4'd it out of existence. What I am wondering is why we had the premium if it never charged. Can you check to see if the server with the id of 708325084841902113 purchased premium on the 9th? If it says that it didn't receive are money, then gg we got free premium for a while, and if it did can you restore our premium until its proper date. <@&193123929701875712>

Hello! First of all, thanks for the bot, it helps a lot (not a premium member though).

Now, regarding the problem that I've encountered. I've recently tried to use the moderation part of MEE6, specifically the !tempmute command. When I use it, it successfully mutes the member I specify for the duration, and send a notification about it. However, after the time passes, the mute is not getting lifted. I've tested it using short periods of time as well as longer periods like 1 minute and 5 minutes. Using !userinfo command shows the "Muted" role in the list of roles for the user. The only way to lift the mute is to explicitly use the !unmute command. One time it returned the message that You can't unmute those who are not muted, however the person got the ability to write again. Using the button [unmute] in the initial mute notification that sends you to the website dashboard also doesn't work as it shows the same error message about inability to unmute members who are not muted.

That's pretty much it. If it's possible to get any info about this - I'd greatly appreciate it!
