For the past few hours, our mee6 bot has not been responding to any commands we've been sending. I tried loading into the dashboard but it still wouldn't load in. The bot is not offline and we tried using it in other servers. In other servers it work but for that one specific server it doesnt respond.

For some reason, when a moderator kicks or bans someone from the server, in the logging channel MEE6 says that said person left, and is not mentioned that a kick/ban happened. Furthermore, no mention of who did that command.

Bad Words Problems
- Make sure Bad Words have been added.
- Regular users, who are not allowed to swear, must not have an Allowed Role.
- Channels that people shouldn't be able to swear in must not be in the Ignored Channel section

* MEE6 does not warn Owner, Admins, Bot Masters or users with a Moderator Role.

timers can take a few minutes to start working, and the channel needs to be active (at least one human message in between each interval
for emojis, just use :emojiName:

MEE6 says I have no servers, but that's not true...

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

Third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discordapp.com/app in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm action
2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on avatar icon in upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout
3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in upper right corner
3.2 In new window login to Discord. After that you will be redirected back to MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using correct account and MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

P.S. If you're on mobile and some elements are not visible, enable Desktop site mode or switch screen to Landscape (vertical) mode.

first of all, durations under 30 minutes are typically unreliable. however, i have noticed that mutes are taking a little bit longer than they should to unmute, but i think toni reported that already, but idk for sure

<@&193123929701875712> I've tried bringing this up twice already within the past month, and I've gotten ignored twice by server staff twice, but it seems like Mee6 is broken when it comes to tempmutes, and it's becoming increasingly worse.
In the server I manage (little over 14,000 members) we use Mee6 for moderation, well within the past month or so, Mee6 started sending errors whenever the automated action system attempted to tempmute someone after they got warned. At first it didn't happen much, but now it's nearly every time the bot attempts to mute someone using automated actions. Sometimes when the automated tempmute goes through, it doesn't unmute them after the time expires, which is set to 10 minutes (had a instance just today where someone got warned, which lead to an automatic mute that lasted nearly an hour until I realized that the bot didn't unmute the person, so I had to do the unmute command.)
Same thing is happening to the tempmute command, where the bot wants to keep the person muted longer than what time was set.

Some basic stuff that people have brought up is "Is the person still in the server," yes this even happens when the person is still in the server. Another question that someone asked is "Is the bot perms set correctly, and is it above the persons role of who it's trying to mute," the bot has the admin permission and is above everyone except for admin, other content creators, and owner.
