• And the role(s) you set as moderator on the dashboard.

Note: MEE6 think moderators are responsible people, like the police . So he doesn't want to blame your police

Pour les salons secrets :

Les rôles qui doivent accès à ce salon, tu autorise : Lire les messages
Le rôle Muted, tu désactive l'autorisation d'envoyer des messages
Les autres rôles, tu désactive la permission de lire les messages
et tout devrais être bon

A friend of mine is trying to get moderation to work with mee6 and have set the moderator role as a mod role for mee6 but mee6 refuses to give the mod's permission to use mod commands (certain role names have been censored due to having swear words in them)

Well, that can be caused by:
‣ You don't own any servers
‣ You don't have Administrator permissions or a bot master role on any server you're on
‣ You're logged on with a wrong account (the most common problem)

Third one can be fixed by following these steps:
1. Logout from Discord in your browser (not installed client or mobile app)
1.1 Open https://discordapp.com/app in your browser
1.2 Click on \⚙ icon (User Settings)
1.3 Scroll down, click Log Out and confirm action
2. Logout from MEE6 website
2.1 Open https://mee6.xyz in the same browser
2.2 Click on avatar icon in upper right corner
2.3 Click Logout
3. Login using correct account
3.1 Open https://mee6.xyz and click Login button in upper right corner
3.2 In new window login to Discord. After that you will be redirected back to MEE6 website
3.3 That's all! Now you're using correct account and MEE6 website lists servers where you can modify his settings

When running the ban command in a channel where MEE6 doesn't have the EMBED_LINKS permission, the command errors even because it can't send an embedded message.
The ban however goes through and leaves staff members confused if their ban went through or not.
I would suggest adding a check if MEE6 can post embeds and if not, default back to a normal message.
I'm aware that every check on such a large scaled bot can be quite costly but considering there's always an error report when MEE6 can't send an embed will eventually spam your Error Tracking Software.

@marble quest yes, and my playlist has more than 260 tracks now sits in the MEE6 queue, but the music plugin seems to be getting stuck while loading a new track and in the dashboard i see the song timer going wild like 12:06 when the song's actually is 3:25

ugh...ok so the fix only worked for couple of songs....it won't play any "playlist" and I genuinely don't have the time nor the patience to finesse this, when I pay for something, I expect it to work....when it doesn't...I find a new product. <@&193123929701875712> I do tech support for streamers.....no one has time for this fiddling.

It does not always responds to commands (most of the times it does, but not always), and it suddenly stops playing music (after 2 minutes or something), and won't turn on again. I have to use !leave and !join again, and add new songs before it wants to play music again. I also tried to add the bot again on the server. Same problem btw on a different server of a friend of mine.

There's a reproducible issue when adding webhooks. If somebody is signed into acc. A in the MEE6 website and Discord, but logged out of acc. A in another discord tab and signed into acc. B, then the authorization thing will try to access account B

This can be fixed by selecting "Not you?" or by signing out of account B in one tab and signing into account A

but if account B doesn't have the "manage webhooks" permission in any channel, it can't select any from the dropdown menu, and none carry over from what you selected in the dashboard

Not sure if this can be "fixed" from your end, but it is something to watch out for
