I have not been able to add bad words to my list for automod for almost two days. Not the biggest deal in the world, but still.

Bad Words Problems
- Make sure Bad Words have been added.
- Regular users, who are not allowed to swear, must not have an Allowed Role.
- Channels that people shouldn't be able to swear in must not be in the Ignored Channel section

* MEE6 does not warn Owner, Admins, Bot Masters or users with a Moderator Role.

Well, I can’t add bad words to the filter on the mobile version. In the moderation category.. All other buttons are strangely on the site.

me and a few friends of mine listen music using mee6 in a music channel on my server, however after a while, the music simply stops completely to everybody in the server, for a few songs we can simply just listen but eventually it will simply stop, if i use !leave to make mee6 go out of the channel and invite him back in, sometimes it does and sometimes it still doesnt work, id have to use !stop and than !join followed by putting in the songs we wanted to hear again.
also it not a specific time this happens, it just happens after a while.

Mee6 at this point seriously needs AI to actually be used. See if you want the bot to function properly you have to "teach " it what is dublicate text, what's mulriple beds in one message and, so on. Then Mee6 will perform by far better then it has been so far.

Yeah. I originate from a poor family living in an 80 year-old hand made hpuse that's slowly crumbling up in the country side. The roof is full of holes and the house gets flooded during powerful rainstorms. Hell we can't even aford to fix or recolour the floors and walls.

I currently am jobless and my mother...... Well she isn't helpful at all. .while she earns, about 500€ monthly i barely get anything from that.

When i had, work i could barely afford to buy food let alone a new phone or even a tablet!

Yes and in addition to that, support channel should not be impacted by Mee6 moderation module. As you know in Suppprt channel often a number of screenshits/links are requested for further investigation of the issue at hamd, but Mee6 removes the messages which makes, the job difficult both for the customer and support team.

Having problems muting someone/they aren't muted? Check the following

Prerequisites:

Moderator plugin is enabled
!mute command isn't disabled
Bot has role with Manage Roles and Manage Channels permissions
Muted role is under MEE6 role
You're trying to mute someone using !mute @mention reason, otherwise it will not work

If user got Muted role but still can talk means there's issue with your channel permissions
Go to Channel Settings -> Permissions

If that's public channel that can be accessed by anyone:

Set Send Messages for all roles except Muted
Set Send Messages for Muted role

If that's secret channel that requires *special* role to access it:

Set Send Messages Read Messages for special role
Set Send Messages Read Messages for Muted role
Set Send Messages Read Messages for @everyone role

I have a bug in my server.... I activated the ReactionRole plugin yesterday, added the roles and in start it worked fine, but then i wanna make new roles for better ranking system in the future, and now its a mess.. I did make everyone to start rank again, so they could pick from the buttom again. But somehow, not everyone can see the Mee6 bot message to get a role, others can't see the reactions and some dont even get their role if they click the reaction...

Got he message few minutes ago:

if some users can see reactions and others cannot, it means discord is having issues with users seeing messages and reactions including embeds

#

it also unfortunately affects bots giving roles

you can try tweeting to discord and hope a staff member gets back to you but it could be they also are busy

comparing with other websites is not helpful, because mee6 website is not "other websites", there are some circumstances on your end that create this incompatibility.

so the way it works.

#

On Discord you have a permission setup that aggregates all perms to your highest role. If you have a role with admin, you can give a role with admin as long as it's below your highest role. if your lowest role in the server has admin, and you give it to a member with the highest role, like Mee6 for instance. and Mee6 has the ability to give roles. Mee6 can give out the admin perms to anybody. if your member has access to the dashboard, he can then assign that role as a reaction role to give to everybody

YouTube videos, when they do upload, are limited to 480p, this could be on their end, but I've heard that the standard is set to 720p at the moment. Some Reddit images under a 720p resolution are loading, but any above a 1440p resolution don't load. 4K will not even link to Reddit/Twitter, other image based sites. Temp fix for audio issues for in the voice chat seems to be lowering the bitrate, but that seems to cause distortion and pitch ranges. This whole issue appears to be a load issue, same thing that other social media sites are reporting like Twitter.

if the mee6 role was created by discord then it's in your server, but you can't see it on the members list to the right because it doesn't have permission to read the channels

Did you try my solution of disabling certain auto functions? Be aware that many servers are experiencing these issues. It's primarily a load issue associated with Discord itself. Sites like YouTube are experiencing these issues due to traffic. Best you can do at the moment until a fix is issued is making the load "lighter" by disabling or lowering the quality of the server itself and getting rid of non-essential bots. My fix does diminish functionality in favor of quality, so you may need to ask staff for a better solution if mine doesn't work for you.

if you manually give someone the muted role, the unmute command does not work on that person because it thinks that the person is not muted. this could be fixed by having the command check to see if the user has the muted role and if they do then remove it from them.
