when i look for that, i'm often switching to camera mode and changing the time. when it's dark, you'll see the stars circle a specific spot. try to get that spot right overhead.

If you are doing different systems then I believe C class is the most likely in all system economies.

If you really want S class check on NMSCE for glyphs to one that has one.

to add to this, pertaining base visibility to other players -- when ODS plays nice ofc and serves the base to others who aren't in your group:
1 base per planet, per account (regardless of game mode, your latest base per planet per account takes priority for it to show in the teleporter to others as an example).

also, Permadeath and Survival players can see each others' bases. these two game modes are the only exception in sharing base display. all others are separate.

Double check any wires as the wire deletion bug makes it really easy to accidently delete a bunch.

Also you might want to double check the usage number it's telling you. It's been known to be if from time to time.

And I'm sorry if don't of these question sounds stupid they're done of the initial "is it plugged in" type question you get from service techs

Off to the side somewhere, try building 4 batteries and 8 solar panels and connect them with wires don't put them in a cuboid and then connect them to a cuboid connector on your base that has nothing else on it. That way you can delete this test section without deleting anything else.

Unless you have something else that didn't run all the time your draw is only 180. 2 times that is 360. Divide that by 50 per solar panel you get 7.2 do round up to 8. So you need are 8 solar panels.

It isn't exact but a general rule of thumb of 1 battery for every 2 super panels should give you more than enough power.

The time till drained going up during discharge is a bug. Don't worry about it. Even with 8 solar panels and 4 batteries you may lose power the first night since unless you set it up at night they didn't have a full day to charge. That said if you are losing power after the first night then there is something wrong.

I do want to mention something about Kail's base, too: there are numerous places where he's used techniques that don't get noticed by people who don't look closely. the base is a gosh darn masterclass in advanced techniques and subtle angles, with everything characteristically snapped (not eyeballed) into mathematically-perfect position.
Best of all, he's always willing to show folks how something's done.
