Hello all I’m on phase 3 I’ve done everything else besides getting the 5 sea glass unfortunately I lost the ocean planet where I had to do the 1001 u depth Mission if anyone can add me as a friend on the man’s sky and help me find a Waterworld so I can complete this. Okey so I'm doing this expedition without any guides this time. I'm kind of ready to leave my first system but I'm missing chromatic metal. Usually I get it from space station merchants or I refine Copper into chromatic metal. There is no space station in the first system and I checked the discoveries tab, no copper on the available planets either. Whats the source of chromatic metal then?

I died in the air from a tornado. My bag was too high, the gravity would not allow me to fly up to it. There was no resource to make stairs- condensed carbon to carbon in personal refinery but needed pure ferrite- so off planet, farmed up ferrite and came back. Made stairs up to the bag- looted it and got the message I was collecting my pack resources. when done nothing was transferred to my inventory. If my stuff disappears, make the grave marker do so as well so i don't waste time. Or put the grave on the ground instead of indefinite suspension- so mad right now losing everything I had farmed for hours.

quicksilver purchases are unlocked account wide, so if there's anything you can get with quicksilver amassed, then just do so, and then claim them for free in your primary save's quicksilver shop. units and nanites, can't get those onto main save then, would have had to started the expedition run from that main save (anomaly). in any case, it's no big deal. the knowledge and experience you picked up in expedition will certainly help you get working in your main save a bit more, and if you learn from other community members, won't be long before you're swimming in units and nanites.

then i never turn back, and go around it

Current latitude and longitude coordinates can be seen in several places:

• On foot, using Analysis Visor;
• On exocraft, lower left of the HUD;
• On ship, below 2000u altitude, using cockpit camera

Tips to navigate to coordinates:

• Compass at top center of the screen provides North/South icons, they can be used to easily get to the right latitude;
• Getting to the right longitude first might be easier, after you can just use N/S on compass to get to right latitude;
• If current position is still too far away from right coordinates, get in ship, align flight path to reach one of the coordinates, fly straight up to space out of the atmosphere, and keeping that flight path as best as possible, pulse drive around the planet for a couple seconds, as if you were in orbit, then drop back down into atmosphere to recheck current coordinates. With practice, you'll get better at guessing just how much time you'll need to pulse drive for, while initially you'll rely more on short pulse drive trips, rechecking coordinates more often before reaching destination.

Note: Often players will upload a base near the shared location; check local space station teleporter.
