I suggest checking a Space Station Teleporter to see if present. Always very useful to visit the Space Stations when warping on the expedition path, as it then adds those locations to the teleporter

correct, if you didn't put anything into the stash you can't do that now, because it's already started; you can however still synth the ship and MT you had on in your primary save when you started it

you can't claim those expedition milestone rewards if you're on your primary save atm; you need to return to expedition through terminus, then claim them. those optional milestones only reward eggs - the others are just inventory slots that get auto applied by the game (not items) and quicksilver, neither of which can be stashed

it's a really low drop chance from corrupted sentinels. you don't need an echo locator to complete the claim sentinel ship milestone

No reason to end expedition. Just return, play as normal, around the end you can go collect everything optional and transfer, if there's anything.

You can see the rewards, if it's worth it, but you lose nothing by not ending.

Selling tech that isn't that good at a technology store in a space station or finding crashed ships and claiming them then taking all tech off then selling them at a tech store in any space station

You can find crashed ships by getting maps at the cartographer in a space station you want the distress signal maps

Use them until you find a crashed ship it will say destress signal

Chances are it should be abandoned
