(a player who wanted to do PD PvP tried a setup where players had to start a save by joining on his game to have access to farms/resources in a central "zero violence/zero tolerance" hub system)

I’m at the point where I need to go to the Atlas station for Prayer III…I didn’t have life support gel on me so I teleported back to my base in an earlier system where I had it in storage and made the shell there. But when I teleported back to the system for R3 (Haejun-Mabo) and I go to the galaxy map, it wants to send me back to the Atlas Station I visited for Prayer II, is that going to be an issue? Do you have to visit 4 distinct Atlas Stations? Because the game isn’t giving me a new one.

I can't get in my ship, I've tried reloading a save, and I tried building something but I'm just slowly crawling around. I even stored in my inventory but now it's just constantly saying "no analysis visor installed" and I can't do anything. I don't know how to fix this.

I was able to do the method in pins to get both the construct heads. But even though I made my restore save point after soothing the construct, I still had to re-soothe it for the second time around. Just mentioning it because the pinned info didn’t specify that would have to be done again So I thought it might not work out, but it did, and I had both options claimable at the QS vendor

I know some people do these expeditions really fast, but this felt like a long one to me Then again, they all feel a bit long to me lol😂 Probably because I took time to hunt down some interceptors while I did the expedition, which certainly is optional xD

Yeah adding in the echo collective to the construct is part of that whole dialogue, so when you reload to get the second head, you have to do the whole thing a second time.

Yeah I just wasn’t expecting that, since I soothed, and then went back to my ship and did the save for the restore point
But I guess the game doesn’t recognize that I did it before, which is fine

Like you said I guess, it’s batched together so the game doesn’t recognize the step as being fully complete

I don't think it's that the game doesn't recognize it, I think it's more that talking to the construct after you get the echo collective starts a single train of dialogue that includes giving the collective to the construct and then choosing the path of Atlantid or crimson. Even if you leave the dialogue after giving the construct the echo collective, it's just going to restart it once you go back. I think after I did it on Xbox I left the conversation after giving it the collective but before I chose a path then went back into the conversation and I had to give it the collective again.

There are bases where other players have farms with faecium. Check "Other Bases" in the Space Station's teleporter to see if any of the bases have faecium listed in their names.

Another option is feed creatures in the wild, and collect their poo.

You can also refine some Mordite into Faecium. But that one may be more of a pain to find. Not sure.

That's wha you feed it tho. Not the poo. You'll recognize it when you see greenish smoke type effect emitting from it If they're not poo'ing, which could happen. Save and reload your save. Feed them again. Their constipation should resolve.

And we've no idea what HG's plan is with expedition re-runs

We can make all the speculations or assumptions that we want. Only HG knows

Something about the game being changed through updates etc, they would literally have to rebuild the game back to that time period to re-run them and won't do it.

Potentially hampering their ability to produce new content. I understand all that, I just want that flaming barrel.

they did them at the end of the year 1-4, then 5-8, probably will again with this year's expeditions, but not 1-8

They make small modifications of timeframe and starting systems. But the rewards and the main structure of the milestones remains the same with the re-runs. They've even discussed this in interviews about their vision for expeditions, making them easier to roll out. At the end of the day, we never know what HG has in store in respect to re-runs or how they make rewards available. It's all up to speculation.

Kinda dissapoints me how much of the game becomes unplayable as it goes on depresses me... If something happens to the servers orthe internet we may never see that stuff again. If servers die to unintended environmental factors like a solar flare, the game will then get stuck in singleplayer in whatever expadition is running at the time

One time during the expedition I required Faecium for Lubricant to progress. I decided that getting Faecium from feeding animals is too difficult for me (there were no ground creatures), so I decided to just shoot flying creatures and convert Mordite into Faecium in personal refiner. Needless to say, shooting flying creature with Boltcaster or Mining beam and without the Combat Scope wasn't easy.

Huh, I went to an Atlas station for Prayer 3, and then after making that seed/finishing up that phase, it set goal for finding the fourth rendezvous. But when I went to the galaxy map, no matter if I chose current mission, expedition path, or whatever, it wouldn’t find the correct system. It was weird, never had that happen before (Series X).

So I have made a habit of going to the space station for every system I visit, since I’m not building bases in all rendezvous systems, and I teleported back to the previous system. Left station, pulled out galaxy map, and it selected the path just fine. So idk why it didn’t want to work from the Atlas station It wasn’t even that far away, it just simply didn’t want to track the path

Did you have Multiplayer enabled by any chance? We notice users reporting more issues with MP on. One of the usual workarounds we suggest is, "disable mp, reload save." And smart about the space station stops. I always do that in all expos

i really did enjoy exp10: singularity.
i feel that it had a bit of a "rough" launch - with a bit more clarity in what a milestone is supposed to be, what are the requirements to progress it, we could have avoided some chatter/confusion about sentience echo completion. maybe something to keep in mind for the future.
other than that, it was smooth sailing all the way for me. all milestones made sense, loved the lore provided, pathing was well thought out, the exp itself providing the resources to make the journey a lot smoother, especially with the easy access to interceptors.
planets chosen were pretty too, spent a good deal of time just wandering about in them.
overall, i had lots of fun. the rewards look great.
