As no one can access your inventory, it would be difficult for them to assist you in organizing.

If you buy the blueprints for all the storage boxes, organizing gets much easier.

How I setup my inventory is find many ships and name them like minerals or random. and put all corvette parts in the storage on the space staion

then you can get 10 storage units on the anomaly - that hold 50 each, and they can be individually named - These bins are universal meaning no matter where you put them - they will hold same items. So on freighter, or a base, or werever all of them will hold the same items

Oh and fish get the floating skiff - that only holds fish, and bait

Also note that the storage bins double-stack some items, making them better for storing stuff like charts or salvaged data

correct many of these storage hold twice as much as personal inventory, or space ships. the Space station corvette storage holds upto 500 of each part

I am not that great at building, but can build without using most materials. It is important however not to dig anywhere on bases - due to when people join you they will see the original land mass, and usually have to dig out of it

The expedition is it's own save, separate from your normal stuff. You'll get rewards if you start it in the anomaly with your main save. It can take about 2-3 hours if you know what your doing. You can play it solo, but since your new and theres 2 days left, it would be good to go with someone a bit more experienced
