i have this vision of choosing a few closely knit systems together then creating resource outposts on all of them ( atleast 1 of each resource ) , upload the bases for everyone to use.

And hopefully that will attract travellers to settle in nearby planets or systems which will slowly form a space colony.

the biggest hurdle is finding good looking planets and a or s class survey zones.

I'm in VR so I'm not sure how communication works between platforms (I'm guessing you're on PC flat-screen?) So I guess I could just come to the anomaly and wave at you if I spot you? I'm still working out a lot of how the multiplayer works - If I join your game, I'm guessing there will be an icon somewhere? Yeah, we can't peak inside each others' inventories but we can drop stuff into each others' inventories through a one-way transfer, and I'd be fine with 2 wings and 2 engines, the IV pieces are tedious to make only because I make 60 at a time lol

Your first living frigate would need to be located using a Dream Aerial, after that you use anomaly detectors.

@pastel nimbus I have a cracking void egg. But it duped somehow, and I'm not sure if it will work.

The quest for getting one is super easy. You just need 3200 QS to start it. After that, it's just flying to locations, and crafting stuff. You go to like four different places to craft "organs" for ship parts. Once you've created one, you have to wait 15 - 24 hours for it to mature. Then you can go craft the next one. You can set your system clock forward, to skip the wait.

Once you've created the parts. I highly recommend going to r/NMSCoordinateExchange in order to find an appealing ship, and coordinates to it's location

To start the starbirth quest you can’t use an already activated egg, you would need a fresh egg that hasn’t been used to initiate the questline.

The quest itself is time gated for components growing, adjusting system clock is not good advice, doing so can permanently break other timed aspects of the game from simple settlements to triggering events, do not adjust system clock.

Abyssal pie (1 hypnotic eyes + 1 raw meat product) +2 words learned for like 10 min.

Solidified Grease Pie: clarified oil (2 churned butter) + Pie casing (flour + churned butter)= 77% jet pack fuel supply for 10 min

Pilgrim's Tonic : 1 Pilgrim's berry ( 1 star bulb) = 77% life support for 7 min
