Ah got ya. Yeah, I do see how unsweetened soy milk (especially depending on brand) could be a little more off-putting than unsweetened almond milk. I say "off-putting" cuz I'm not sure if I remember it tasting bitter. I've noticed that with all non-dairy milk products, brand plays a factor. One of my favorites I'd recommend is "Califia Farms Unsweetened Pure Almond Milk." Silk is another one I enjoy.

Just Sous Vide that for 90 minutes and then can throw it into the fridge for up to about 2 weeks. Just open it up into a hot pan, 5 minutes later you have near perfect glazed carrots

beef tenderloin

they were small enough cuts too cuz i hate like plate sized chunks of meat

i just seared them on both sides and then finished em in the oven

per my dad's suggestion

Yeah, tenderloins are one of the better cuts, at least in my opinion. There's plenty of cuts I dislike

Rib eye is probably my favorite.

my big thing is I don't like huge pieces of meat by themselves on a plate

well... its complicated

cuz i like fried chicken and that's what that is; but honestly boned chicken isn't THAT much when you get down to it especially drumsticks which are my fav

I like dark meat chicken, but the white meat is just.. meh.

to make white meat palatable i am usually doing one or several of pounding, brining, seasoning, flouring (i'm not much for dredging and battering or deep frying)

the easiest for me is to pound, brine, then braise in water or chicken stock...best for dicing into salad or just mixing in a sauce

Not too bad dude, been better but getting there.
I made some toasted burrito wraps a few weeks ago too

And chicken fried rice

Those wraps were badass, kinda made them like Taco Bell crunch wraps but I used corn chips in them
