the hitboxes are overall weird with standing signs on this specific base btw
on another base the hitboxes functioned as intended

Go to any planet in the same system as your freighter and you can summon all owned exocraft via the quick menu

Diminishing returns kicks in at 1k/hr, meaning any extractor over that produces dramatically less. Much better to make more floors/chains than to add more to a single floor. 4 on one chain produces 1.3k/hr, 2 each in 2 separate chains will get you 2k/hr total

The Corvette Mission Board has the same quicksilver mission system as the Space Anomaly, and shares it's caching/daily mission system

yes, I said Per Floor, 5 for each floor got me 1k3/hour per floor. I didn't say I gonna made 1 floor. I just not sure what is the down side except need much more power.
The mod just adds a new way of unlocking the items. Other players alongside you will not see these options in their quicksilver store without the mod installed. They will however see you wear/have them equipped, as they are vanilla items.

5 per floor will not get you what you want. 2 per floor is the optimal layout. If 4 gets you 1.3k, 5 will likely only get you 1.35 or 1.4k

Yes, all inhabited dissonant worlds. Dead and Weird worlds (which list Rusted Metal and Gold as resources respectively) are always considered uninhabited, as well as all worlds in uncharted systems (no race icon)

If you want to waste them. Ship stats are nolt saved for your squadron

The game autosaves every ~minute, and it would have saved if it said "Restore point saved". Whatever issue you may be having may be due to cloud save stuff with whatever platform you are on

I got a quick question, what exactly does uploading your base at your base computer do?
It makes it so that players who reach the same star system will see the base, even if you are not in that system or offline
they however cannot modify it, or use it's refiners. They can harvest crops/supply depots, but this will not impact you unless you're in MP with them actively
Allows other players to see it if they ever arrive in the system

If you have all of them maxed out, you will never need to speak to them again
Ares gives milestone nanites, Helios gives nanites for discoveries (and a free emergency signal scanner once per week after you've done at least 1 mission)

Every new expedition has been a part of an update. Some updates are extremely central around the expedition (like Breach, The Cursed, Adrift, Singularity, Fractal etc) but most of them are tied to an update that introduces something major outside of it, like Remnant being a big introduction to waste hauling

yes there is a solar panel and battery, there is also the "electromagnetic hotspot" machine that gets about 150watts

Yes, of course there is. There's Solar Panels and Batteries, which last forever if configured right and with the right ratios, as well as Electromagnetic Generators which extract infinite power from EM hotspots found on planets with a Survey Device

when it is open and the player is not in a multiplayer instance, the game is paused
Alt-tabbing can destabilize NMS, opening the pause menu (esc on PC, I think) pauses the game as long as you're not around other players

and as I said before, items in the freighter cargo inventory are treated as if they are in your exosuit cargo inventory for crafting/recharging/etc if you have the Matter Beam installed
so you can keep all of your recharging stuff in there and keep a clean exosuit inventory to ruin via exploration
check every station for questgiver, and sometimes the nexus (anomaly missions) for frigate module as a reward

at least compared to Normal/Relaxed
On-Foot Combat = Hostile increases the chances for worlds to have Aggressive Sentinels, and makes High Sentinel Activity the default to the point that the game stops telling you about it

I believe it also makes them roam more frequently around you, as it also modifies low sent activity to make it act like high (since a few bugs can make it exist in that difficulty)
Also I get jumped by predators more often

they should do more damage to you though, if the general combat difficulty option applies to them

No, the main story unlocks the portal glyphs, but you can access them at any time
no. the artemis path does get you the glyphs unlocked at the end of th estory, but you can get those by exploring and talking to NPC travellers. And portals are attainable by anyone

- Longest way is to warp all the way to center
- Find someone who has glyphs for planet near center
- Probably in storyline it will get you there
- Not really a galaxy center but you can choose to be teleported into another galaxy at the end of atlas path

It says head TOWARDS.. doesn't expect you to get there. In fact getting there too quick can screw up the quest.
Just wwarp. In a ship. The game will stop you after 16 warps and give you a choice to make.
EITHER CHOICE will cause you to break all the tech in your equipped ship, tool and suit. So make sure you have repair materials handy.

you cant breed or customize. You can tame,a nd you can stick eggs into the modifier, but the eggs are only vaguely modified.

They disappear when you go far enough away. This is unrelated to the Space Anomaly location that's unlocked by reaching the first mission of the main story
the anaomaly will become available on your quickmenu (same menu you use to summon your ship, just a little bit over)

if you got the shards and inv mirrors already, an harmonic camp marked, scrapping sentinel ships is probably a good way to go about it. otoh, trade routes and/or smuggling could also be fun to you.

well, in short, it's the space trucker playstyle and the smuggler playstyle in NMS. smuggling pretty much revolves around acquiring illegal goods from outlaw systems and selling them to non outlaw systems. for trade routes, can just type !faq-units in #nms-commands , and check the relevant sublink there

only corvette parts we can craft from a blueprint are the corvette parts that were expedition rewards (deadeye cannon, aeron parts). the others, only acquire them via the possible ways

You really don't need upgrades to make a Pirate Dreadnought surrender. Just shoot the hyperdrive, then shoot it's shields, then shoot it's fuel cells

if you want to own a pirate freighter, you'd force a surrender; if you wanted to farm s-class freighter upgrade modules, you'd blow it up ignoring engines
no point blowing it up after a surrender

you need to rescue the npc freighter, how you do it doesn't matter to them
Then either way of defeating the Pirate Dreadnought works, as long as you do so before the capital freighter is destroyed
if you werent looking to get a pirate freighter, then i'd say ignore its engines and blow it up to get that s-class module

It's an alternate way to make them surrender
the npc freighter will be fine on normal mode even if you take a little bit - pirate freighter still has to chew through 100% of its shields, then 100% of the hull

Freighter battles only happen immediately when warping to a system, it will be extremely obvious
