While waiting, uninstall anything like OBS, Overwolf, Twitch Studio, Medal, Riva Tuner, etc. All are known to cause crashes in NMS when not completely up to date. Additionally, ensure your graphics drivers are completely up to date. Integrated graphics as well if on a laptop.

If you play on controller if you can manage to get a controller that you can map the buttons to then you can map the button sequence to a single button

You can find more specialized waste around the surface of the planet, in the small piles you can scan for and find with your analysis visor

they can occasionally have one or two specialized waste

yeah i was able to find a previous heap by pure chance, when flying near the processing plant. That's how i was able to finish this exp in a relative short amount of time.
Otherwise i was missing a bunch of stuff to process, because i was always taking only 5 items from the heap, not knowing that i will need more for the later milestones 🙂

be sure to have mp disabled, save+return to main menu+reload save if you had it enabled, make sure to have the right milestone selected, if needed try to upload waypoint discovery.

Can I clear New Beginnings/Space Anomaly/Atlas Eternal?

In short, no.

• New Beginnings signals completion of the main storyline.
  -# Select it when you don't want to see any mission related tooltips lower right of the screen.
• Atlas Eternal is an endless mission that signals completion of the Atlas Path.
  -# Don't have to keep doing it if you don't want to, not unless you want to max out Atlas words.
• The Space Anomaly doesn't truly have an objective after the interactions with the main storyline missions.
  -# Core warping can make it update from one objective to another, but it will just return to the same as it was after that's done.

this usually means that the ship is in a purple star system, and that you dont have access to them yet - type !faq-purplesystems in #nms-commands . you need that access to get there, wouldnt be able to get taxied there either if you dont have them unlocked.

sentinel ships should be helping you when you use defence chit, not attack you. sounds like a bug. if pc, disable all mods if you're running any and retest. if not running mods or not on pc, just raise a bug report if it happens again
