It's eh...it's a bad exotic with sub par stat bonuses. The real Boundary Herald(not whatever C class ship you posted there) is far better...it's an explorer with a 78.2% damage bonus where normal explorers always have 0% even at S class. Not top hyperdrive bonus or ideas supercharged slot layout for max warp range but the damage bonus, best launch thruster efficiency, and still very respectable warp range make it the best for medium range travel and planet exploration...and its wide flat surface makes it the best fishing vessel in the game, which goes hand in hand with planetary exploration.
