You can duplicate most metals using chromatic metals and that metal in a refiner also like all those cadmiums and rare metals yeah you can just throw them in a refiner and duplicate them and it's not technically duplication It's literally part of the game

Minor amounts of nanites and random chance of level up palettes and xp for your pets, but the real rewards come from maxing out the medals...you get a total of 20 player titles from maxing out all 5 Arena League medals and 5 unique SSS pets...but they suck for the arena because they have fixed move sets you cannot re-roll and all their move sets suck. So I would not use them as arena pets. But the pet you get for winning 220 arena fights is worth it...it's a variation of the titan worms and the only true flying pet you can have that doesn't just hover a bit above the ground...unless you have the titan worm pet that was a reward from like expedition 4 or something from five years ago.

Some would argue all living ships are shitty...which they are not a great ship type. But if you meas as a class lower then S then no...all living ships are by default S class. No C, B, or A class living ships.
