I usually go >60 just to be on the safe side, but for all I know, it could mean the entire hemisphere... It would save me time to know for sure.

Minimum latitude is +1.0 or -1.0 .. i've found north/south specific creatures right on the border ... but usually i don't see them until +10 or -10

I wish the game would get a combat overhaul. It would literally be perfect if combat was more fun and engaging with the sentinels and space combat.

I feel it's a game you play for the sake of it and you can make your own story along with the basic pre planned paths but there needs to be some super engaging loop

Lol, but in both cases in a space suit. It's just that as you go deeper underwater you get pressurized by your environment so must breathe similarly pressurized air. My WAG is that means more oxygen 😉
(But we really know it is due to an NMS dev 😉 )
