if you are talking about quicksilver rewards you don't have to physically move them. you can claim them at the quicksilver desk. If there are things you WANT from the expedition save that you HAVE, you can put them in the machine at the anomaly to transfer over to your main save (for a price)

Dreams of the deep, the trash one, and building your corvette are about it that I have seen other than the base computer ones.
