I love all the updates and attention to detail and the unique niche this game's genre is, but why do they have to change planet biomes and resources regularly with different updates? I have a base on what was a beautiful blue grass planet that is now arid, and just recently had one of my save's nanite source turn into metal fingers ...

I just don't know what the point of that is? Is it just a glitch or intentional? I think we all assume it's a glitch but why isn't that considered in there update programming? Obviously a question for Hello Games but anyone else find it a bit disappointing?
