Well, you can either find crashed ships for free, usually come with most slots broken, or you can buy ships from NPCs at trade terminals or space stations, or you can make your own ship be it legacy ship or corvette

Each system has a set number of ships. If you go to a trade outpost you can see a lot of them to see if there is a ship you like.

I believe it's once every 10 mintues it extracts a fraction of the production pr hour

Also not a lot more investment to get that to 1000/h, although I cannot rember the struggle of early game

so if 10 mintues is true, it would extract 1/6 of your hourly production once every 10 minutes

so if you check after 5 minutes, you would see 0, and if you check after half an hour you would see (with your production) about 162

Did something change recently with the way the sublight drive works? When going from one place on a planet to another the sublight drive used to stay out of atmosphere and "dive" onto the destination, optimizing the overall path. Now it seems like it just takes a straight-line path and falls out of warp anywhere between 2 and 5 mins worth of max 2.6k boost speed :C

What you are experiencing I have as well, and have noticed it happens mostly on Giant planets. It is possible you are on a large planet which can cause this.

I'll be honest.

The multiplayer side of the game is buggy as hell.

It's a sandbox game so no real goal or end game. But it has story missions which is either love or hate sort of thing. (I personally love it. Things are vague, leaves a lot for your imagination, but definitely not the "holding your hand" kind of story that tells you exactly what's what. But it leaves a lot for theories.)

There's TONS of lore apart from missions too.

Even though there's no end game, the game has content for thousands of hours of play. It's just .. How to put it .. It's more about the journey than the destination you know?

The community is awesome. (Shame the multiplayer is so buggy.)

Overall its easily 4/5 🌟 game for me.

At 1135 hours myself .. There was many games in the past that I did regret buying. NMS was 100% worth it though.

if you warp through a lot of systems in euclid you will sometimes see the message about 'discovered by XXXXXXX' rather than "first visit" or whatever the message is but its pretty rare. and that message might just mean they warped into the system and immediately warped again without doing anything
