Theyre really easy to change and make around. I made a sentinel mod that made them shoot more, be more aggressive (Just the regular ground sentinels) and they are much more scarier than standard. I actually have to play very well to not die and I tried them out in my permadeath run and must say, I almost lost it hahahaa

Not necessarily, no. There is only one model of sentinel multitool and the harmonic camps all have it. But you could still get other multitools from the usual places - minor outposts, the station, sentinel pillars, etc
