about 12 hours of playtime from my first launch to building my first corvette(yknow the basic "one of each basic module" build everyone does when they make their first corvette), then about 30-50 hours before I took it apart and rebuilt it into my first build that barely had space for the reactors I needed, but i had all the parts i needed there and then from just scavenging aimlessly. I spent about 50-100 hours with that before I decided to rebuild the corvette into a much bigger and nicer build that took me about 12 more hours to grind salvage for, and I still use that build now, 200ish hours of gameplay later. About 75 hours of gameplay ago, I decided to build a new corvette, which took about 15 hours of scavenging, then an hour of building. As for upgrading that one to be comparable to my first corvette, that took about 45 hours, which i just completed an hour and a half ago

I think I like the new one slightly better

now I kinda wanna build a third corvette, specifically with a split-front design and the only entrance is the thunderbird landing bay connected to the cockpit

On my main save I usually use a sentinel interceptor as my main ship.
Other saves typically have a corvette.
Kind of need to on abandoned to not clutter up your ship inventory since you can use the boxes on it.

Okay so there's numerous ways to do so. The most common method is a sorta atock market lol. Various plabtary markets or he Psace Station can contain very nice trade goods for you to buy and sell to anither tsar sustem for a greater price! Trading with players is more about bartering though.

but it's a matter of what you like, maybe you decide none of the things in the game really draws you, we can't tell you that

Not quite, you’ll often find people (w/ multiplayer on) in the anomaly, in expeditions, in systems that weekend missions go to (while the mission is active), and at the galactic hub or similar area that people gather, outside of those places, yes it’s pretty rare, but you can join off friends or invite people you find in the anomaly etc to play together (tho the latter is not guaranteed, as many people will probably decline), if you’re trying to find people to group with, check out #nms-lfg-or-trades

Like freighter on freighter? That’s not possible with your own freighter, but it is possible between a pirate dreadnaught and a civilian freighter that you can take part in with your ship
