Keep it, but put it in the inventory of a ship you don't use. In my experience, holding onto it passively can cause the quest to duplicate. Still valuable though, so I wouldn't dump it

Controller isn't a mouse, use both sticks for better camera control. It also will never be as fast as mouse can be with the same precision but you don't really need speed. Idk what more I can say, depends what you want to build. I find glitch building easier on a controller bc all buttons that have to be pressed simultaneously to preform glitch building tricks are closer together

Low gravity moon, placed base, then put a landing pad as far up as I could, then jetpacked up and kept placing a pad when I got to the build limit.

You might run into other players randomly but its pretty rare

Unless you go into the multiplayer hub

You can turn off pvp settings ingame

Sounds great for you! PVP is not a main focus of the game, and hardly ever encountered, really. It's mostly a solo game, and you have to almost intentionally meet up or join another traveler if you want to find someone, the odds are very low of finding someone naturally.

You can use the systems market to your advantage, mine a ton of cobalt, 100k plus, then sell it at the space station, because of the massive sell, the price of cobalt drops and you can buy all your cobalt back and make a couple mil profit, the more you sell the bigger the profit. But can only be done twice in a system, once at the space station and once at the trading post on planets

I personally think scrap heaps and recycling plant should be on dead/extreme or atleast not on paradise planets... I know many will say it's a bad idea...

But think about it...
It's called paradise for a reason... Why ruin it with garbage... I understand the whole point of cleaning it...but idk how we can clean a procedural planet...100%

Dead planets right now serve next to no purpose....
Putting scrap deposit+ ♻️ plants gives them more character...

If this trash system were made by me trash should be measured by what general activity goes on in a system. If the system were to be a peaceful korvax inhabited system with a good economy it would actually make sense for it to be more civil and clean, compared to lets say a Gek inhabited system at war with a horrible economy (aka the equivalent of a ghetto filled with hood lizards), then systems like abandoned ones and outlaw ones would be the peak of trash

There have been many suggestions that implies permanently changing the state of a system, like claiming an abandoned systems space station and rebuilding it

im sure there also have been suggestions which implied the player would be able to add a change factor to conflict level and economy through their actions

Abandoned systems having trash EVERYWHERE and salvage scraps ... Found in plenty quantities will definitely add a lot to game...plus making it a monthly community goal to clean one planet where every month...randomly chosen...with a decent reward would keep players occupied

This would add more stuff to the game... without being in the way... Keeps both old and new players occupied...
