I built skyscrapers thinking they would all be deleted on the expedition breached

But no they get added and now I'm over the limit

Dreadnought freighter = 7M units & 400-600 nanites every 5 minutes depending on your ship power
Sentinel ship, without taking the crystal and inverted mirror farming = 20-51M units every 10 minutes, plus ship augmentation and nanites selling it for scrap at the space station.
