i tried saving one of my games from years ago that corrupted bc i had phsycially downloaded the coding in my save files and even trying to go into and fix the issues, wouldnt work. i have multiple games and saves that died with hundreds of hours and numerous backups. reminds me of old minecraft when servers would just die and not read.

This ship just smoothly allows the landing gear and bay to reach the ground and it looks and feels so much better

Being able to purge sentinels off of planet like that wouldn't make sense. Given how they act it's more likely that they would come back even stronger than before. To wipe out whatever threat was on the planet that took out their initial forces

they are drones, and occasional walkers, and interceptors, and some capital ships, aside from that what else is there? when you already know what all of them are and all of them do, are they even a problem ?

I wont pretend I understand enough about NMS lore to offer a solution that makes sense but the autophages are part sentinel, no? Maybe they oculd mask a fake "Everything is fine here :)" signal for the Travellers or something like that
