I learned that guilds have region within the Galaxy map.

Once you found the Mercantile guild giving the Frigate Module, look at the region name, jump to any system with that same region name only, rinse and repeat.

I got something really weird happening on my settlement+base. I have a base right next to the settlement and I have built paths in the settlement and other features etc. So after today's update the settlement shifted it's position by 2-3 units and some buildings changed position altogether. Okay so in case anyone else was wanting to farm the same exotic to stack your squadron with like I decided to do - there is a little nuance to it.
You can recruit the first pilot no problem once you find the one you want. Any spawn after that you have to buy the ship and take it to a different system. Sell / Trade to someone else then you can recruit that person.
Doesn’t seem to work in the same system.
