Oh that makes sense. I just submitted a bug report because for some reason if I save on a planetary surface then logout, when I log back in, my frames are locked at 10FPS. When I save at my freighter, I get full FPS regardless of where I'm at or the chaos going on, so it's not a performance thing on my end. By saving on planetary surface I mean loading into a planetary surface upon login. Saving there isn't an issue, just if it's the last save I did before jumping off.
