But sending trade to trade will bring in more stuff

I believe you cannot continue it, the moment you load the save it will notify you that the expedition has concluded and you must end it, converting the save into a normal mode save

You do already have access to the rewards you reached before it ended

The sheer number of parts aside, sentinels also use different assembly logic compared to other ships

Ex. On fighter you can combine any cockpit with any wing type

On sentinel ships there are parts that require other specific parts to be present first

Like the lights / decals on the front

1 head type doesn't allow any, another one has like 11, another one has 12 different ones

You wanna simplify it? Aight let's say 20ish cockpit variants alone just to account for all possible lights / decals
