Yaeh, both Atlas Rises an NEXT changed procgen fundamentally to where nothing at all was recognizable besides the coordinates of planets. You can technically still visit the first galactic hub capital from Atlas Rises or before that which I believe became a frozen wasteland where nothing resembles what it used to be, just with the same name

Until you build a teleporter in the tutorial the space station doesnt have its usual marker on the HUD, but you can still see it on ship's dashboard. It's a very niche use but I usually use that on new playthroughs to visit station early and when game directs me there after building a teleporter I can just teleport bc I went there before
