So I took a look at the biome probabilities for purple star systems, and am quite happy with the fact that there can now be a system with a water world with red, blue, & green mega exotics and volcanic + irradiated moons. 🥰

The most inexpensive way to upgrade your suit slots (both inventory and technology) is via Drop Pods. They are found on inhabited planets throughout all the galaxies. There are a couple of ways to find them, but I prefer using the scanner in land-based exocraft.

You do need to repair the drop pods to be able to use them. The cost is minimal, though. A lot less than buying the slots outright.

Most of my bases are either pre-fab or a quick, round build. I like the look of the ones that I build from wood. Stone and metal don't look quite as good, IMO.

Just buy a bunch of emergency maps. Keep using them until it shows the location of a crashed freighter. Leave the abandoned buildings, Distress Signals and Observatory locations alone. You can continue to use the maps until another crashed freighter is found, and so on. A lot of times, it will tell you that the map can't be used, but just keep tying. It will eventually show more crashed freighters.

Aggressive sentinels just never leave you alone at all. I had to run like over 400U for them to finally stop chasing me and then I had to hurry up and leave the planet before they found me again.

Scan a planet using the scan button and if it says "aggressive sentinels" then that means they'll attack you on sight.

Most of hte time they won't attack unless you shoot them or mine too many resources.

I was new when that happened and the cloak attachment didn't last long enough. I'd reappear like 1.30 seconds before the timer reaches 0.

The cloak last long enough to remove one notch of aggression so just let it recharge to full

The staffs were cool to begin with, but they got old. I prefer a pistol for mining and a gun for other things.
