Have a quest 2, wish I had a 3 for the better resolution, but I don't use it enough to drop $500 on one right now. If you want one, get a 3. Wireless VR anywhere. It's so nice.

It's amazing looking at things in VR in this game, I'm telling you.

They nailed the implementation in a lot of ways.

I dunno if anyone is as interested in this as me, but the google Ai you can talk to now and on the phone it can “see” through your camera, so I tried pointing it at the screen while I play NMS and it’s able to talk to me about it while I play. It even has helped me name creatures 🙂

My first step in permadeath was to farm 3000 nanites to unlock expedition ship 16, then with that ship I looked for systems with a planet similar to Earth (without bad weather conditions) and established my base there with a fishing post inside and fish until I could buy everything I needed, I still have a lot to unlock and buy but I can now defend myself from sentinels without problems (it should be noted that I had unlocked the sentinel parts of the minotaur) and it is helping me a lot

Oh its a little complicated but there's a way to get specific ships if you know the location from a player.

You dont even need to buy a bajillion x class upgrades. Theres a way to do it with the minimum amount of X by doing tech reinstalls and save scumming

Some players use save editors and exploits, which I guess can be considered cheating by some. But yeah, it's not a competitive game and for the most part single player.

Save Editors can also be used to fix broken saves which happens from time to time

because the launch thrusters are broken. If you have a freighter it'll be in there after you warp away from the system and you can fix it.
