So frigate expeditions have type and difficulty rating from 1 to 3 stars

As you add frigates to the expedition the fleet rating will increase, Generally you want to exceed expedition's rating by at least one star so your frigates dont get damaged. That can be done by adding frigates with high stat that expedition uses. E.g. trading frigates for a trading expedition

Freighter upgrade modules will decrease time and fuel an expedition takes as well as boost your frigates stats

With right upgrades you can send any frigates and still exceed expedition difficulty

New addition to the game were special events, sometimes your frigates will ask for help and declining risks damage to frigates

My search criteria for Purple Systems has broadened so heavily.
I no longer care about Economy or Conflict level. I do care that they have one. So I'm excluding Pirate Systems, Abandoned Systems, and the weird quasi-Abandoned but not completely Systems.
I'm skipping Gas Giants cause... those planets are honestly kinda boring. Feel like I saw enough of them in the Expeditions.

good to know. I found a pair of colliding planets and checked it out. I couldn't get between them, both planets seemed pretty normal and my save didn't corrupt, so I just kind of assumed we were spreading misinformation on the internet.

When you store ships there's a class symbol by them, Boundary herald is either an explorer, or an exotic, according to the game's classification system.

Exactly. I have chronic back issues, had to get surgery a few years ago, and I mainly have to use a wheelchair anytime I leave my bed. The idea of being weightless, away from so many people, finally feeling the relief on my spine haunts me. Being able to see the universe from perspectives no one has or maybe ever will. There's so much that I miss.
