So yea if you wonder why its 300 million for one slot, thats why. Cause it's priced in scale with imbalances you could almost call money glitches (Except they weren't glitches, just bad planning)

So this current universe with 255 galaxies would be the first universe, Universe 2 would have its own set of 255 galaxies which all use a much more reformed proc gen system

You'd either travel between universes or choose what universe you want to be in when starting a new game
