You can right click to change the modes for the terrain manip. It levels terrain MUCH faster, just pick a depth with normal terrain manpi first, switch to flatten, and it will make quick work of things

I landed on my first ocean planet today so I could try catching a bonefish for the Relic expedition. That's the most terrifying thing I've encountered in this game. First everything is so dark I can barely tell which way is up. I stepped out of my ship. Set my fishing rig down next the boat. And then a storm happened and I was literally thrown from my fishing rig and sinking. I legit though I wasn't going to be able to get back to ship. Then I found out I could stand on top of my ship while fishing. I quickly abandoned my fishing rig after that. Still haven't caught a bonefish though..

You can trick the game into some interesting behavior if you press 2 buttons at the same time

E.g. if you have a wall snapped and then press build and toggle wire at the same time the wire will be anchored where the wall was snapped to

And the other way around

A few things of note. If you find early Moulds, its good, but not good for long term nanites. You will NOT want to use moulds as your primary nanite source on PD, because of the stack limits

You can set a base at a harmonic camp and use that to locate more ships, but the class and SC slots are static on the ships you find

I've noticed incosistancies at a staff terminal, swapping parts out will change the results

Like, I put in one set, and it gives me one result. Then I swap parts out to check another. Then if I switch BACK to my first selection, its different color, etc

Yeah, it's a thing you can do. Moving around changes the color and class too, um someone did a video on it, I think Hero2U or whatever their name is
