Galactic differences basically contribute to the spawn chance of a certain types of biomes. Lush galaxies spawn more lush biome, harsh galaxies spawn more hardh biome, empty galaxies spawn more dead, empty biomes, normal galaxies spawn a mix (almost equal) of biomes.

There isn’t any other difference, or any other significance.

Tested. Calypso prices r different and harder than selling full price on Euclid. More harsh planets. And I fought minotaurs on wave 3 🤣 then I fought on Euclid. Negative galaxies r anything pre generated your in a negative galaxy if you’re in Euclid. That’s all it means just nobody says Euclid is negative cuz it’s an easy galaxy. True negatives is like playing in Cal.

I said this a million times already but the only thing stopping nms from becoming the peak open world game is that it doesn’t have planet biomes and the fauna AI sucks.

Aggressive fauna gets stuck running in circles while trying to get you.

There could even be resources unique to hazard planets so that way you don’t spend the entire time on one planet. Normal planets can have cold biomes with dioxite but you can find other resources that are exclusively on snowball/frost planets.
