another bug I hope gets fixed that I actually just ran into is during the ghosts in the machine quest

when apollo tells you to infiltrate a korvax facility, you're supposed to craft a boltcaster, break the door with it, and use the terminal, but if you jump the gun and break the door without making the boltcaster, the game doesnt progress the quest and you're stuck

luckily it seems to eventually 'realize' whats going on and just randomly progresses to the next step of the quest

so its not a complete softlock, but still quite annoying when it happens
