I have a question for any of the NMS long time experts, I found a type of planet that I haven’t seen in the 40 hours that I’ve been playing and I’ve explored a fair bit of galaxies. Nowhere near as much as other but a fair bit.

I was randomly jumping to dissonant galaxies and stumbled across a galaxy with only two planets. One of them, an extremely large planet that when I scanned it, it was called a [Redacted] planet. What does that mean?

if you need a better jump off point for exploring the Galaxy - good idea is to run a Nexus mission and just stick around in the side of the galaxy you are in

I never found a coast on the Extreme planet, and my Nautilon floating dock capsized in the extreme storm due to the violent waves. Mercifully I was able to reboard my starship though my position relevant to it was constantly changing due to the wave activity treating me and it quite differently. The other aquatic planet was not Extreme (no activated minerals).

I have a question, I played the game in 2023 and got pretty far through the story. I have about 100 million credits and an A class ship (it’s one of the old boring design ones) and I have an active void egg that I cannot find the hexite to hatch it for. I have no clue what I’m doing and I kind of just fly around. Should I restart or should I keep going and somehow find out what the hell to do. My main question is, will I have more fun if I restart?
