Speaking of the abandoned mode and Anomaly, here are some fun facts about what's there and what isn't..

• some of the terminals with blueprints (like ship blueprint terminal) were inactive (I could only use the one with base parts!)
• the quicksilver/expedition rewards vendor is active, however the vendor isn't there as an entity, there a bits of it spread there (like an arm lying on the counter etc).
• teleports work and you can teleport to those fancy bases built by people
• quicksilver mission terminal works
• apart from Nada's body, and a few pieces of expedition reward vendor, there are nobody else onboard the anomaly

It should be fine - I play it mainly on ps5 but use the cross save to sometimes play on other platforms, and so far I didn't have any issues.
I would recommend however to do your own backup of the save anyway.
