The expedittion multitool is horrible...do not use it, do not invest in it. Its stats are seeded and will be the same every single time it is upgraded to S class...and the damage roll is only 35% when staffs can have up to 50%.

The Wraith living ship is pretty damn good though. It's core damage is about 2% higher than you can possibly find in a natural spawn living ship and the shield roll is decent...which is more than can be hoped for a natural spawn living ship as the last time I checked all natural spawned living ships could have no higher than the minimum in their bonus range. Hyperdrive bonus isn't great(11.5% bellow max for a living ship) but living ships are never going to be anywhere near the best at warping so it's not a huge loss. Survivability is more important to them because they can't have good weapons like mechanical ships.
