I went to the core ONCE, every single part of my ship AND multitool were broken. I stopped playing for MONTHS. Coming back every now and then to repair something for 2-3 hours farming the specific mats until I finally got it back. And yknow what? Other galaxies are just more of the same...

If they are really mismatched they could end up damaged and not able to finish the missions so you should at least be ranked a star above the total frigate requirements (that’s how I was told to approach it)

They don’t need to be S class to send them out, it’s better to start them out low rank with little experience so they mold their stats over time, but yes they will improve their stats as they get experience in frigate expeditions

They seem to be, the dissonant planets have gravity storms but those act more like low gravity planets instead of random what’s up is down is up crazy shifts

I have a weirdly specific requirement for a dissonant/gas giant system.

The gas giant has to be green, it has to be a 3 star Gek economy, and low conflict with a paradise planet moon that captures the green of the gas giant at night.

It may never happen, but I don't know if I don't try
