Yes, there are some issues developing with the new nvidia drivers. Currently I had to delete the sl.pcl.dll as well as delete my graphics settings in order to launch the game for the first time. (this is my first time playing no mans sky)

Also had to download the nvidia app to properly update the DLSS for no mans sky (DLSS could not be used when I first launched as it crashes the game and only FSR worked for me)

Im sure not everyone had the same experience but this was mine with new drivers and all.

Oh, the audio problems have been there for a long time (I often build bases near the water surface, and it gets confused about when to play splish splash). I don't worry as long as no one drowns.

As long as you build with cylindrical or square rooms, corridors and biodomes only you will be fine

But cuboids break and create invisible thin wals of water so when you move around your base you will see your screen splashed with water with an audio effect

It could also give a nice use to freighter crew, for instance we could walk up to a crewmember, and assign them to our away team, and when we land on a planet they will be at our side exploring with us. Different races could have different specialties, for instance Vy'keen being good at combat, Gek being good at finding loot and treasure, and Korvax being good at scanning and making discoveries.

So the plan: just warp between the same 2 pirate systems, saving on a planet with a beacon each time. If there's a battle, do battle, if it is not S class, reset save, warp to system and repeat battle until I get an S?
