That unfortunately is beyond what I can even see.

But me and Orsuna have been doing our best to try and have the devs fix the base variables and alerts not working.

We've been poking about it more than we have on twitch issues.

1. Two Sorting Methods (Auto & Manual) on the side bar
   (1) Auto Sorting (Default): Live and Unread Spaces will be put at the top.
   (2) Manual Sorting: drag Spaces to sort manually. Live spaces will be put in a top LIVE folder.
   Hover on the Following column and click on the right toggle to swtich between the two methods.
   Also if there are updates in the side bar a refresh button will be showing with the no. of updates.

Space Level Feature Preview (To be released next week): @everyone

After releasing the streamer Growth Level system for more than 2 years, we've witnessed how it has motivated streamers to grow. However we've also spotted its weakness. As it only shows in the Creator Studio, it lacks an acknowledgement and motivation on the viewer side. Streamers' fans are not able to support and help their favorite streamers to grow on the Trovo platform. With enlightenment from Discord's Boost program where Discord Nitros get to contribute to their favorite communities and boost the servers to leveling up, we are also updating our Growth Level program to a new Space Level program, where discoverability will be added on the viewer side, and that each single viewer can have an opportunity to become a supporter and a contributor in their favorite streamer's Space.

During the long term growth level observation, we've also come to realize that there are a number of feature tools that streamers need a lot for their daily streaming. Thus with this chance we'd also like to make these important features open to all streamers, that would include: the Treasure Box feature, the Pin feature as well as all monetization and cash out access which have already been made public to all in previous weeks. By doing so, we'd hope that the tools Trovo come up with can get best utilized by streamers regardless of their levels, and make the new Space Level trully for streamers to rally and motivate their viewers to grow together, and truly for viewers to support their streamers' growth.

In order for everyone to have enough time to fully digest the new information about the Space level, we will have a 30-day Grace Period (today-10/31) where streamers will inherit their original growth level to the new Space level and enjoy corresponding level benefits without any downgrading risks. However if you manage to level up in the new system, the higher new level will come into effect immediately. Only after the Grace Period ends starting 11/1 will Trovo start to calculate levels and downgrading according to the new Space Level.

Our tools only allow one platform to be in use at a time as far as the activity feed/docks. If you have both alert boxes, you'd have to add them both to OBS. But to clarify, they aren't going to operate together, they'll just both be in use. So an event from both can play over each other if they happen at the same time

Navigate to StreamElements menu, on top of OBS > Logout > Login

After you have logged back in navigate to File > Settings > Stream > Disconnect > Reconnect

Front Page Feeds Mode Change Preview:

• After launching a front page AB test on App for some time we've found that feeds mode recommendation of live streams is the most efficient way to recommend streamers to users with higher exposure number as well as higher conversion rate. As a result, after full coverage of feeds mode on App, we will also be applying the feeds mode to web front page by the end of October. In this new mode live streams are more likely to be recommended and clicked by users on the front page. Vibetag section will be moved to the Trending page. Clips will be recommended along with live in the feeds mode.
• Following up on that, we will further work on adding new front page area for boost project and event notification, in reaction to community feedbacks about restricted discoverability of Boost Project and platform events. With the new Space Quest Level you will be able to better understand your following and offer gratitude through special benefits.
Viewers will be able to complete a list of daily tasks and upon completion they will level up.

I've been having an issue with my alerts for Follows and Elixir cutting in and out, they'll play then stop, then continue, and stop, then finish. My Chat alerts don't do it only my event ones. It's throwing off my timers because they are taking longer to play out than they should be

Hello. I have a weird issue with obs.streamelements.com/meadiarequest on my trovo stream: occasionally tracks from my default playlist are skipped but not right away. The track plays for few seconds, then it skips. Skipped tracks are not displayed in track history.

When I try and add a trovo account in streamelements, I get kicked out and there's an error message "channel is already claimed". Yes, I have connected my trovo account in the past, but it's not there and when I try and reconnect it, I get that message

More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:

• Merging accounts allows for faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events

•     Third-party channel account authorization login
  

•     Add Facebook, Google, and Apple log-in buttons (Apple account one-click authorization login is currently not supported on Android), users can log in to Trovo through third-party channel accounts.
  

•     After completing the authorization for the first time with a third-party account, users need to set their username and date of birth.
  

•     Third-party channel account binding phone/email
  

•     Users can bind their phone number/email through Settings > Security & Account > Account for Log in after completing authorization login through third-party channels.
  

•     This step requires users to enter their phone number/email, verification code and set a password. At the same time, the platform will verify the binding relationship of the phone number/email. If there is already an account registered on the platform, binding is not supported. If there is no account registered, binding is supported.
  

•     After completing phone number/email binding, users can use this phone number/email to log in.
  

•     Third-party channel account deletion
  

•     Users can delete the created account. After deletion, the binding relationship of the account (including mobile phone number and/or third-party channel) will not be available for login.
  

•     Consistent with the existing logic, users will have a 30-day cooling-off period to confirm whether to delete the account. After 30 days, the account deletion will be irreversible.

• Starting from today, Elixir Price will be set in local currencies for 18 countries. Channel fees, varying by channel and country, will be paid by users. While logged in with your Twitch account, another option would have been to "connect" your Trovo account, enabling you to switch between them w/o needing to log out and back in separately. Support will have to help you wipe the separate account you created so you can go back in to do it the other way.

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

I finally figured out why I was CORS blocking.... >.> I had the right code in htaccess to allow cross origin, but it was wrapped with FilesMatch for fonts only.... XD Really old code I had in for another project... so that's fixed now. XD I also added a data only option for the trovo APIs.... so https://api.parrycarry.com/trovo/viewers/parrycarry/data will return just the number count. If you didn't want to host the APIs yourself anymore.

I use Stream Elements OBS, log into my account via the app and tonight for whatever reason after I try to go live it says: Could not access the specified channel or stream key, please double check your stream key. Hi. According to Trovo you can only HOST there and Streamelements has in its menu when connected to Trovo only Last RAID as an item in the overlay editor. Since you can not raid it brings nothing there. Please add host !

Because platforms are different and support different functions. Twitch has most of them, Trovo - not so much, so moving commands from Twitch to Trovo will not work in some cases.

And for the supermods - while we investigate the issue, please keep the users as moderators and adjust all supermod functions down to the normal moderator level as a workaround

Gotta check what the software says (OBS i guess). If it shows you dropped frames and low bitrate - network issue. It if shows you the "encoded overloaded" error - hardware overloaded - reduce quality settings.

That's a known bug, need to wait until the developers fix it. Workaround for now would be - set everyone who needs access to the normal moderator level and adjust the commands etc. to moderator level too. The elevated supermoderator level sadly does not work now.

Fixed now , i had to log out of my session in OBS and it returned when i logged back in

Actually this is a seperate incident as i don't have any subscription activity recorded in my logs whatsoever, they all seemed to have dissapeared

Where would I go or how would I enable the alert for mass gifting? I have it set for single subs at the moment, but was curious what I would need to do for more than 5 or so

In the alertbox settings, edit the subscriber one and down near the bottom it should say "variation settings"

Since OBS Studio 27.2 had a huge update with CEF

CEF or Chromium Embedded Framework is the module used by OBS to integrate Browser Sources and Browser Docks, as for the Trovo Chat Dock, that I don't know of since I am not staff

To reset goals:

• from the Overlay Editor > Session data on top right (monitor symbol) > Goals tab > reset progress of desired goal
• from the Dashboard > Activity feed on the left > Widget data on the right > Goals tab -> reset progress of desired goal

Note: Goal widgets (progress) only counts up and doesn't go down automatically, if you lose followers/subs.

Hi, where should I ask for issues on a browser?

I cannot open streamelements.com at all in Firefox.
Tried disabling all the extensions but nothing happened.
Only worked when going into private mode or creating a new profile...

I figured the issue out.
I had some problem with my profile, so I refreshed it. Thanks to that, all got solved and cleaned up

Hey guys and everyone , for those still having issues with obs chat popping up the Trovo site , just remove the dock and fire it up again , this should then pop up the window to log you into the Trovo site thus authenticating your chat window in OBS. Hope this works for you.

But there is a slight problem , apparently when you use Trovo docks , it adds it as a guest in the Viewers Chat list , and this must be removed for bogus view counts
