She's going to try a different card a little later, but I wanted to see if there was any other potential problem thats causing this. She lives in Australia, but I expect that's not a problem.

In your store history I see only one order placed that is still being processed. Once it is fully processed it will appear in your history on the dashboard.

Good morning. If you merge accounts, will the merch need to be recreated or does it remain intact?
Merging the accounts will simply allow you to easily switch through accounts and share overlays. It will not affect any data, including the merch store. Your merch store will be separate for each channel.

i was able to get to the merch one day and then i went to get to the merch page and now its just stuck on the loading page
I think you miss-understand. Merch is currently not set up for a manager control for safety reasons. If you want to edit someone elses merch, you would need to log in as them directly, so anything would need to come from that person

I own 2 different channels, let's say "main" and "second"
I made a shop for the "main" channel, and I can't go through the SE.Merch loading screen.
If i type directly the shop URL, it said "error, this shop is closed"
So I tried to use the "second" one, making a new shop. It works perfectly.

I'm guessing this is a no, and my best bet is to close both of my accounts and start over since there is no good way to remove one account from the page, and merging sounds like it does nothing useful.

There is no easy way to unlink 2 owner-type accounts from each other. The only way is to make a closure request from here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/account/security
WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Did you get a "Channel already claimed" message?
More than likely your accounts need to be merged! - Please note:
- Merging accounts only allow faster ways to switch between accounts
- Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
- Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts

Once you click the withdraw button, it goes through a manual review process. After that is complete, you will receive an email from payments@streamelements.com which will provide a link for you to set up all the final payment information. This process can take up to 14 days from the time you click the button

It really depends on our vendors. We have passed along all the color options that they currently provide. When it comes to embroidery, they limit colors to what already fits on the machine (between 15-20 colors) so that they do not need to change them out every time (which cuts down on production speed and would increase prices)

on the store its self you wont be able to 360 with it but when you are making it you can, just remember what you put on the side you cant see

yes, I did see that, however when I have created the mug I have a front image and a different back image. The client cannot see the back. This is a bit of a problem. I am not sure how difficult it would be for the developers to add the 3D feature into the actual store as it is really great to see you mug in 3D

Would any staff member/designer have suggestions on if this design would be possible for hats? I tried different options but was not able to get it to work. It just comes off as a solid yellow or brown and not both. Let me know if not I'll just keep it to the other things I have it on!
Right now I use redbubble but my biggest concern is that they charge shipping per item since they use independent contractors to make each individual item. So 6 items will cost an extra $60 in shipping because it comes from 6 different places. We would like to consider SE for our merch but i would like to know people's experience with the order process, cost, and quality of the merch itself.

So far in my experience, the quality of the stuff is great! It is just a bit timely as it is done on an order by order basis. So like I've had stuff take anywhere from a week or two to get made then shipped

Yeah just make sure you stay at the 300 dpi or above for the best results. Lower than that it could be risky

300 and above. So 300 dpi is excellent. If you under to say like 250 you'll see it in the bottom right say like "okay" in orange instead of green. Keep it in the green!

I've run into some snags now ordering my own merchandise using the bundle option. I've tried twice to purchase a bundle and I'm not sure if the payment method is just neglecting it or if the purchase isn't registering. However it showed that the purchase was made and completed it even reads across the headline what merch had been purchase but no merch or charge is appearing to have been ordered both times.

So I ordered a couple items from my own store. Im living in europe but just saw my package is coming from the US. I thought there where vendors in europe that do the print on demand jobs for european buyers. It's just black tshirts with no odd sizes. My main question: Can I expect extra import taxes on arrival or is this covered.

alright, so i picked things i wanted on stream elements site, went to checkout but it kinda just hanged in there, didnt know if site is frozen or something so i just restarted that, filled card info, address again, this time it went throuh, so i went to accept payment on mobile, but it never came, so i checked my email and it jsut said that my payment was accepted and that i paid with paypal ... but i dont have any money on paypal so idk wtf is this

We use paypal to process credit card information. You do not need to have an account set up to be able to do this
if you have your bank account linked with your PayPal it will automatically grab the money from your bank account thru paypal

I'm not sure where else to put this as it is a feature request for merch designs, but alas, I will place it here.
Currently, the quality of mousepads I think could be severely improved. This is a bummer as integration with SE Merch is awesome, and something I truly adore. That said, mouse pads currently tend to separate their cloth and foam layers over time and heavy use by individuals. One way many mousepad manufacturers avoid this is by stitching the edges of the mousepad to ensure they do not separate over time. Please, please, add something like a stitched edge mousepad as it is currently the only reason I no longer use SE Merch for my Twitch Channel's merchandise.

How long does it usually take to get a merch withdrawal?
Question about artwork for merch. The designer shows that the image would reach almost to where the arms attach on a t-shirt. The design specs are 4500x5700 pixels. Usually I design shirts so that the image won't be THAT wide. So on a large t-shirt, my image would wind up 10" wide while the arm seams are 16" apart. To achieve this, should I design my image with using only say 3500 wide of content with 500 pixels of blank space on either side to keep the image further from the arm seams (and centered on the front of the shirt), or do you do some additional scaling during production?
For instance, I have a store-bought shirt of a NES controller that the distance to arm seams is 16" and the image of the controller is only 11" wide so that there is plenty of gap between the image and the arm seams.
Is there a way to have lettering on the front and a picture on the back of a shirt design?

I wanted to know if it would be possible to add V-neck shirts as an option to purchase? As a person with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, shirts with a round neck cause discomfort and anxiety; and I usually do not buy shirts unless they are v-neck, therefore meaning I do not purchase many of my favorite streamers merch. The print area is as you said - 10"x16". The mockup is just a best guess, it would be pretty difficult to show it on all the different size options, plus the size doesn't really change, except on smaller shirts (like XS if available, and only sometimes)

Have you received a physical version to make sure the colors are actually wrong?
Have you changed the default colors on the design? I had to make my image file as close to the available colors as possible before it was recognized correctly

I cannot fix it, and it is not broken. You have limited choices for thread colors. You must design your merch items to match those. A simpler design may be needed.
I did not say the print area on streamelements shirts is 10" x 16". Is it?
I said I usually design things so that a large front image would be at most 10" wide (the intent of which is that the image is readable and not wrapping around the wearer's body).
Streamelements suggests artwork pixel dimensions of 4500x5700.
At 300 dpi (which is plenty high resolution for a t-shirt and is what I used to use for artwork for a glossy printed magazine) that would be enough pixels to cover an area of 15" x 19" at 300 dpi.
So I guess an alternative way to ask this is "What is the size of the printed area that that the 4500x5700 pixels covers?"
Is it 10"x16" or 15"x19" or something else?
If I knew that, I could scale my artwork within the image area accordingly.
For example, (a different POD supplier) says in their docs "the standard print area for t-shirts is 12″ × 16″".
I am able to design a graphic 11" wide that shows that way on their mockup and is that way on a printed shirt.

In the product designer, the image can be stretched or shrunk. So that 5x6 image could be stretched to 10x12. Or shrunk to 2.5x3.
But since the product designer doesn't say how many inches it is covering, one can only go by the "look" of the image on screen.
I can create a 4000"x4000" 300dpi image in photoshop. I doubt anyone can print a 4000 inch t-shirt. So the size in photoshop is meaningless.

What streamelements is going to do with the image is what I don't know.
What I'm looking for is some kind of info about the printing process like "what is the printing area that is being covered with the 4500x5700 pixel image that streamelements requests. Because the t-shirt creation page says "4500x5700px Excellent - 300dpi" when I upload a image of those dimensions.
So does that mean the print area is 15" by 19" at 300 dpi?
That's what I'll guess, but it would seem to be easy to have a document that says "this is the maximum size printed on t-shirts".
(as I mentioned before, other t-shirt printers say specific things like "the standard print area for t-shirts is 12″ × 16″".
This pic below is what a 4500x5700pixel image that goes to the edge looks like in the store.
My best guess is that it is emulating a large size t-shirt and printing on it at 15"x 19" since it almost reaches the arm seams.
But somebody must know the real answer for sure. Or I'll have to wait until I get a printed sample to see what it looks like.

I once unpublished everything and published again in the order I thought would work but now its scrambled again. Love for this feature to be updated soon...

We cant predict if it will be something that is available from the EU side.
It should be possible. Order comes in, EU side can't take the order because of reason X (no stock, or doesn't make that item in that size, whatever) and US merchant gets the order. Somewhere during that transaction the user gets an e-mail that your order will be coming from the US store, which will have import fees.
We don't have access to that info.
That's all done at the production level.
If it's entirely our of stock that's one thing.
But regionally unavailable is another.

I’m new at creating merch. I made a few hats, hoodies and mugs then took the store online. Only the hats show but not the mugs or hoodies. i have that spinning wheel on 3 items right now for half of the day. 2 of them i just would change something (updating your items with the spinning) and the 3rd (creating your item with the spinning) was a new upload. yesterday no upload worked for me, than today it worked again, but only for a few items. now 3 items in store are missing. i just wait until tomorrow and check again. ticket by mail was out yesterday... something is not working well...

The hoodies, mugs, and t-shirts are the only ones spinning. Right now a few things say updating your item now instead of creating. The rest are creating. Tipping and Merch both have the option to do payout via Paypal so yes (Paypal tips aren't touched by us period so those go straight to you.) SE.Pay unfortunately is strictly done via bank deposit so not possible.

Currently we only have subscriber discounts that are set. If you want to have more specific discounts, you have to edit the prices on the fly.

I just got a letter that I have to pay literally half of the merch iteself - in import fees..
Not only that, but the shipment is divided up in two, so I have to pay import twice...

I totally agree. Believe it or not, that isn't something standard in this industry. PoD manufacturers haven't had to provide this information and have built their infrastructure to do some automagic work on their end to re-route orders when things are out of stock in certain areas, and are not able to say where something will ship from until after the order is placed and routed. It is understandably difficult as you can't say for certain on the order until the money is paid, however we are working through some logistics that may help point in the right direction once we can get more detailed stock information from the vendors

well ive looked up videos on the merch section and i see a wider selection than the 6 colors it gives me currently. how many colors are there supposed to be? im trying to find out if the other colors just arent showing up for me or if many have been removed. The publisher I watch enters the market at certain times of the day. But we can't see the stocks without f5 for 2 days. There are dozens of people who have this problem on the publisher's discord channel.

Actually this problem not in merch.streamelements.com/streamer section this problem in directly streamelements.com/streamer/store. Let me give an example about problem. Suppose streamer have an item at store. This item have 10 stock than someone redeem 1 stock now we need to see 9 items left but until we refresh the page we still see 10 items left.
so i was having a issue with my store not loading at all and it was reported to the devs . i got on this AM and it worked . was happy i could upload and then on the 2nd item the zip up hoodie after i hit submit . it crashed again . help please again please

That depends on Tipalti which is used on SEMerch.
As stated in the Merch FAQ
It entirely your choice, however as stated above, we do not hide this information from you. There are several steps that are required before payout that protect both StreamElements and yourself. 14 days (10 business days) is pretty good, a Sponsorship is 30 days. We don't do this to hold your money unreasonably, there are very good reasons for these delays

I can create the design and tell SE Merch to do it's thing to add it to the store, but it just sits on "Creating your item..." - happens regardless of browser or device, if that helps. In the SE.Merch tab on our site you have the "Payments" tab. This is where you see your order history, current balance that you can withdraw etc. If you decide to withdraw (20$USD minimum limit by default), it will be processed through a payment portal (the same we use for sponsorships), usually around 21 days for the payout.

Please be patient. We are working as fast as we can, however we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of tickets right now. The best thing to do is to wait as responding or making more tickets will change its location in the queue, and additional tickets just slow things down more

I have written two tickets about this before which has not been answered since and I don't know anything about my package if it arrives. You can reach out to our support with your order number and we can check on the status. A ticket is the best route as they are easier to keep track of than support messages.
Can you send me a screenshot of the entire merch page where you are having the issue? Make sure it includes the items and address so that we can test it on our end!
The shipping costs are passed through directly from our vendor. As for why it is $32, I would need more information. This could either be because you have 10 items in your cart, or a specific item that only ships from the USA, resulting in a higher shipping cost
Can you create a ticket with support, include your order number and tracking information? The delivery attempt you see after will be the attempted delivery back to our vendor. We may be able to get this shipped back out to you once we have more information

First, SE.Pay is not related to merch, so wrong channel. Second, patience is key right now. Support is experiencing a higher than normal volume of tickets, so it will take some time to get a response
The merch alert is a separate widget. If you want them in the same overlay, you can duplicate it from one overlay to the other

Hi Butterfly, we are referring to not using photographs. Solid shapes, texts are okay. We just want to help you get a design / product you'd be happy with. So if you used any of the shapes available in our design editor, those should work well for embroidery as long as they aren't tiny.

Hello merch team, i've got an old tshirt design in my se.merch and i cant delete it, the delete button isnt working, ive tried different browsers, pc's ans on my phone all doing the same thing, i can however delete any new merch i put up.
I strongly believe it is a server or web server sided problem. Something to do with the differences in how you handle data from an older build.
I also cant make changes to the t shirt for the same reason. (I just want to delete it however) the only change i can make is making it published or unpublished.
Again all other merch items Including new ones work fine, im able to delete or change them. So this problem is only with the tshirt i made years ago

Hello, I've tried to order my own merch using Firefox, Chrome and Edge (Adblocker turned off) , and everytime I click on 'PayPal checkout' the popup comes up for like half a second then disappears. Any idea why this would be happening? I can't checkout because of this issue.

It is still a bit glitchy. I had a bunch of stuff in my cart and it only ended up ordering 1 snapback. I think it would be much appreciated if there was a way for the merch store to explicitly tell us there are certain colors/items that are out of stock instead of being vague at the checkout stage. Very annoying.
