buying your own merch thing had a time limit or something right?
The link that is generated only lasts 3 days, but you can always create a new one. Just make sure before you buy your own stuff that you use a good link as if it expires, it will charge you the full price instead (we can still refund, but it isn't a fun surprise)

With the sizes, we show those on the item page once the item is created. If you would like to preview it, create an apparel item and then preview your store. You can preview your store while it is offline if you don't want people to purchase from it yet

they are saying that you do the refund through the platform you stream on, or to contact that helpdesk. I usually do my refunds through the payment platform, in my case, paypal.

So I just looked at my Merch. I placed an Order and I put all the shipping details in. But the only think I've noticed is that my Province was put in incorrectly. is there anyway I can find out from my Order ID to be able to fix the shipping?

We have the following problem:
Mods / Super Mods can view, create, edit and delete things in the merch store, but the items created or edited by mods are not saved. If you have edited or created the item on the merch page, you will return to the merch tab after a short loading time and will see that the edited or created article is loading in the tile. The problem with this is that it stays in the status forever and as soon as you reload the tab after a certain time, the item simply disappears.

What is the issue?
I've claimed an item from a streamer. when I go to check out to pay for it my address is autofilled. If I try to change it it says This is the address provided by StreamElements Inc.. You can change it on the StreamElements Inc. site.
but it's missing the country, which is probably important
Is there a way to change my address somehow to a core complete one?
The autofiled address can be changed manually during the checkout so you can enter the correct data including the country in that case.

I think I have managed it. I went all through and at the end and my full address was confirmed
but was reluctant at first as the whole address wasn;t showing before I completed the order

No, payout for merchandise profits can be done with multiple bank transfer options outside of PayPal.
Ok good because I'm not the legal age to have a PayPal but the legal age to have my own debit card
In that case you can coordinate that with your parents/guardian to provide the payment method
The system might not accept your data if you are below 18, even if you have your bank account already.
So should I just ask my parents to make a PayPal and just ask them to transfer every time?
They could provide a bank transfer option instead of PayPal.
When you turn 18 you can change the data in the payment system to your personal data.

'' it's been since yesterday morning that it's is in this state, even after trying to modify a product in my shop, it gives me this message without having the possibility of deleting these products which load continuously. how do i set the default color of a merch product?
Right now, the way to do that is to create the item with only one color. Then go in and edit it to add the other colors that you would like available. This should make that first color your default one displayed

Thanks! FYI, editing an existing product to only have the one color, save and then edit to add the extra colors, works too. So no need to delete a product to create a new one 👍

The reset should fix the link to your new username. As for the panel, we are looking into this as I believe there is a bug right now preventing them from updating on a new design. However, resetting the store SHOULD reset your panel anyways

So it looks like your store is still very much active, however it is with an old username. If you want a new username in the link, you would need to do a full store reset, which means yes, you would need to remake it again

Hello, I'm contacting you for a new big problem which is starting to do a lot, my shop is more visible and when I go to editor, the shop no longer appears, is that normal?
My merch panels won't load. I've tried 3 different browsers. Everything else appears to be working, except for this. I even left my browser open overnight, thinking maybe it just needed a minute, but it just keeps on spinning and does not load the images.

It can take a bit for the purchase to populate. if it was purchased in the last 48 hours, wait a few more days and it should show up there.

There is a $20 minimum withdrawal. When you reach it, then you will receive an email to set up your payment portal where you can link a bank or paypal

I had a store but kept having an item updating for a very long time. Every time I get in it, same thing, even if I try it next day. I believe the link for the Trovo store and Twitch store will be different.
Correct. They are separate accounts and will record events separately. If you want to use your trovo account for the store, make sure to grab your link from your trovo account's dashboard
I have tried to make the chat and timer commands from the merchant area and it's not allowing me to click the button and the commands seem to already be there

Can you be more clear what you are attempting to do? From what you said, the merch command already exists, so if you want to make any changes , you can do it directly from the Chat Commands part of your dashboard. Same with the Timer
Well in the Chat & Timer Command in the Marketing section , i'm trying to regenerate the correct links for the respective commands and the Add Command & Timer option isn't available to me , and the links in there have been deleted . I don't see why the option to create new links is greyed out as per my gif image above. So i think something is messed up with my Trovo account as it's calling in my Twitch Merch Store. I'm not sure if i can explain this any clearer.
Furthermore , i cannot make any changes to the now deleted links as i don't actually know what the correct merch URL is for my Trovo store.

I have two emails confirmation and then when it was shipped. More than 3 weeks separating the order and then being shipped then the item was not as it should have been. What’s the email
Getting a replacement shipped out is pretty standard on our side: we have several tools that automagically make a "new" order with our vendor with all the same information and images. What I suspect happened with yours was super bad luck: Occasionally packages get mixed up and people get someone else's order (meaning someone got your item and is just as frustrated). Normally this doesn't happen on replacements, hence REALLY bad luck.

The pixel dimensions best for stickers are 825x1125. If your design is showing that the pixel density is too small, it is likely that it is smaller than that. As for the cut, it will be kiss cut around what ever pixels are non-transparent.
Im not sure if Im following completely. When I put the image in. It is blurry, when I increase the size the blurryness goes away. But I cant replicate the same size for the different variants

Do you have the specific items in your store as are posted in the pinned messages for the panels? If you don't, make sure to add them. If you do, then you just found a bug on our list to get fixed
We don't currently have multisided printing, but it is on our roadmap
just looked at the pinned message and saw that it requires me to add red and white for the sweatshirt, black and white shirt, and a mug. just missing the specific color options. My fault for not checking there first!

I may have not been clear, but this fix was going to take at minimum 2 days. When you reported it, our dev team was already off for the weekend and I did what I could to try to get it fixed. It does take time, patience is a virtue.
Ok that is all good but how about telling us that. You make people feel like they are ignored. Felt that way when nobody responded till I said something and was told to paste an ID code. Ignored again after giving my code and again after saying something on here just to find out that it was give to devs. Then nobody contacted me after that till I said something again. Its lack of communication and not patience so dont preach to me about patience. Communicate to us!!

It can be done on your phone, but we do recommend larger screens as it does make the process easier

thanks. as a workaround, you can click the triple dot and request the desktop version of the page. Again, we do not recommend this as editing merch on such a small screen like your phone may not give great results

It looks like there was a limitation put in place due to the editor being more client side. Unfortunately this would mean that you would want to try to do this on a desktop or tablet, or laptop.

Hi everyone, I am trying to set-up my merch store, but for some reason I cannot update the default T-Shirt product name. When I change it, it just gets stuck on an infinite loading icon. I can add another T-Shirt and name that one what I want, but it then doesn't allow me to delete the one that I can't change name on. Well confused lol

all im seeing on my end of the SE Pay is that it was withdrawn...
@ember chasm when you get your first chunk saved up they invite you to a third party website where you setup where you'd like your money to go and you have to link it to your SE account. It's kind of a hassle if you don't make enough $ regularly selling merchandiseby because it's easy to forget.
i had it set up before hand and never had an issue withdrawing till now

I understand that but i havent been getting anywhere with anyone in regards to where my money went. They told me to contact the bank and the bank is telling me that they cant track anything that hasnt been sent and to reach out to SE Pay. Basically getting the its not us its them bs. Hi! I'm trying to create a mug merch. When I make it, the picture is big and covers alot of the mug also in the preview. When I check it out in the store, the picture on the mug is super small... Will it be big or small on the final product?

No, hats are only available as embroidered. We recommend reviewing the Embroidery FAQ and preparing your art accordingly.
I think an embroidered patch would go over better then the embroidery straight into the hat

Hi, can I make a suggestion for the merch design store. Can you give the option for the user to be able to duplicate an item so if the user wants to create variations of the same item, they don't have to design from scratch (which might mean placement and sizes of logos, etc, might be slightly different).

we have certain limitations preventing multiple print locations. But, that is something on our list to fix
Once you get into the editor on a new item, your design on other stuff should be available for you to drop onto this new item

Yes I know that much but for me, I have 4 different Twitch emotes that I want to put on to merch. I design one item (t-shirt for example) with one emote. I want to design a new t-shirt with a different emote so I have to make sure the emote is in the exact same place and exact same size, etc. Currently, I'm just roughly guessing that they are the same but I'm a stickler for accuracy and detail and want them to be identical sizes and in exactly the same place.
It would be good if you could duplicate the item with each individual image in it's place and then add another image and place it in exactly the same spot as the old one (and then delete the old one/layer).
Ah, that is a very specific use case. For that, I would recommend photoshop. You can set up a template file and easily see all the same size.

If you check the pinned messages, there is one that shows the items and colors needed. If you have those, try resaving them to see if the panels generate (there was a bug fix released this morning that should hopefully help)

I go into the merch creator and have attempted to make t-shirts, hoodies, mugs with the logo for the DND campaign I stream on Twitch. I am able to put the logo on the merch, choose the colors, and hit save and publish. However, once it loads back to the SE.Merch page, it is stuck on the loading/publishing cycle and will not complete it, as though it has timed out.

Hi! Having trouble buying merch from my store. When you go to shipping page can't insert correct surname (in Italy we have common surnames made by 2 separate words) and can't select the proper State (it appears as default AT-Asti or empty and don't make change it)

Update: Updating this for other people to keep track of in the future, SVGs don't seem to be supported by the asset uploader.
From my experience the long sleeve t is just as thick as the regular t and isn't thicker to be closer to a jumper or rugby shirt or anything

Hi, I am trying to order samples from my own store but I don't get creator pricing like I used to several months ago, is it normal? When I get to checkout prices remain the same as for my viewers. Yes. Log into StreamElements using your twitch account, then in the top right click your icon and go to settings. From there you will see a redemptions tab - This is your redemption history from that account. Any redeems in the loyalty store that you have done on any loyalty store will show up there. The code will be available there
- If you mean on each streaming platform, technically yes. But you can set up on one and refer all platforms to the same link. You won't get alerts cross platform, however you can use the same overlay link in OBS for the merch store no matter where you are streaming, so you can get onscreen alerts. Same with chat commands, you can link them to the single store set up.
- Yes. Our vendors are also working on getting facilities open in the area to help speed up shipping and reduce customs costs.
3 and 4. We use PayPal to process all transactions. They have a credit card option that does not require an account to use. Because of this, we can process transactions in any currency, but we currently only show the currency in USD (on our list to show additional currencies in the store) - We do want to do eco options, however getting them sourced is the hardest part. Right now, they are only available from some vendors, and even then only ship from some locations. But we definitely are keeping an eye out for something we can add, we like the eco friendly stuff 🙂
- No wait time. Once you submit the design to your store, you can order right away
- It does not, however there is a button in the Marketing tab that will create the command and timer, then you can go in and edit them to what ever you want.
- Right now, we are limited to just community discounts, which you can adjust in the Settings tab of your merch dashboard.

The other thing to try would be to empty your cart completely, clear cache/cookies, then going back through your dashboard with the link and adding everything back and trying again. The discount links are designed to expire after 3 days (incase you want to share them), so maybe it expired and just isn't renewing?
@lone sail I’ll try to empty the browser cache tomorrow when I turn my PC back on because the link doesn’t even open anything on my iPhone or iPad. All I know is I tried to order two caps and one beanie, I even tried ordering one t-shirt and never got any discount at checkout, only my margin was deducted.
That is correct - Buying your own merch should only remove your margin down to the "cost" value. We do occationally run discounts, but they are only available for a limited time

Buying your own merch will let you purchase without the profit you set, and if you use a copyrighted design you will be violating our ToS. This could lead to suspension of service with StreamElements, among other legal issues with the entity who owns the image

So I ordered some merch about 2 months ago and the print quality on these shirts seemed off. I tried ignoring it at first, but I noticed that there was definitely an issue cause the print started fading from the shirts after wearing it 3 times...
I saw on Twitter recently that someone had a similar issue and it was dealt with.
Only the t-shirts in the order seemed to be effected by bad print quality.

For sure! Reply to your order confirmation email with a picture of the shirt in full, then a closeup like this of the issue and we should be able to get a replacement sent out. The prints should last 50 or more washes easily, pealing already is definitely an issue

Hi all. I have ful control over my brother's twitch account on the SE website and in the past I have been able to get into SE Merch and create some things for him. Now whenever I create anything, those items instead appear on my main account's Merch page and not the account I have switched over to and was moderating. Any idea on what's going on? Tried multiple browsers, same thing.
And now also when I try to make any changes with the base all cap embroidery page, changing the thread colors makes the design disappear from the preview

I saved one and the design appeared once it was in the store, but I tried with a different hat and a blank hat appears in the store even after saving
