So, I solved my problem myself and I'll leave the solution for anyone else who had my problem with no help.
If your merch alert isn't going off from your main alert overlay with the purchase alert, you'll have to make a new one by going back to your SE dashboard > Revenue > SE.Merch > Click on the Marketing tab and generate a new merch alert overlay through that.

But yeah to integrate the store with your website just use your domain hosting to create a redirect to the store. I tried to give examples but the bot hates me lol
its been a while since I last checked my store fully but I went to my phone cases and since some update you have stopped doing pretty much most of the samsung and iphone cases. Samsung in particular surprises me as there is now for some reason only 2 phones available, that being galaxy note 10 plus and galaxy s10, this is an issue for me as I need to buy another phone case but you dont do the galaxy s9+ anymore.
Is there any reason why you stopped doing them and can I expect them to start being sold again?

It won't be exactly on your site, it will still be stream element site. But you can customize your SE merch store to fit into your website. You need to create what is called a url redirect. Where you can type in a custom url and then it will go to the SE merch store.
to actually build your own commers site and have it be used for your se merch you need access to the se merch api which I doubt they will give access to
but if you are using any of the current website backbones (wordpress, joomla,...etc,) you should be able to integrate it into your site no problem.

I have a Facebook Gaming account and a Twitch account signed up with Stream Elements. I have decided to move to Twitch but setup my store on the Facebook side. Is there a way to move my merch from one store to the other? I really don't want to have to recreate every single item but would like the alerts to work.
At this time there is unfortunately not a way to move a merch store from one platform account to another. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause, however it will need to be done manually.
That really stinks, that means literal hours of work I have to redo again...This would be a good thing to work on. Maybe a way to just download and save your store items and then a way to upload store items? Anyway, not a fan of this but I guess it is what it is.

Hi I'm a content creator and have a storefront on your platform via twitch. I've having an issue that while trying to order products I get an error saying: "Error We are having error fetching shipping or tax options for the given address, please check your data is correct", and there is no way for me to correct it even though all of the information is absolutely correct.

Ok I'll do so. I just hope it's not something people who try to order run into.
Hopefully we can resolve any issues before that happens of course. You may want to also try removing or re-adding items in your order as this may sometimes happen if an item is out of stock - we unforunately aren't able to see if something is out of stock before ordering (working on this for the future) but doing this may allow you to see if an item being out of stock is causing the issue. Depending how much you make from sponsorships, you may have to file taxes so StreamElements collects that information.
I believe if you make any money they send you tax forms.

Longer answer: As a Dreamteam member he has the option to have a slightly different store than general users and I've been told he has one of those stores. As to the situation at hand that he spoke of I don't know what exactly is going on.
The store that DarkViperAU has is a different one than the standard stores we offer through the dashboard. His situation is unique to him and just a few other creators. For everyone else, SE.Merch is not changing or shutting down. We are just working to consolidate our products and make life easier for everyone

When I make my merch for a mug I am seeing the image wrapped normally on the 3D preview but when I actually hit publish the store seems to stretch the image at the end when previewing it. Does that mean it's going to print stretched or does that just mean the stores displaying it oddly?

Hi! It seems that some of the items can be out of stock with our vendor and this prevents the checkout from working. Removing items one by one (if multiple) will show which is out of stock - cause the checkout will be successful.
We apologize for this process, we are working on having the 'out of stock' information available in a more friendly way.
I have this exact problem. Mug, stickers, mousepad went well. But as soon as I add a pullover hoodie, t-shirt, hat or something it will not open my PayPal.

I’ve seen it take a few days to show up that you’ve made a sale. You won’t see any revenue (money) till the item ships to the customer

How do I change my Merch's currency to € Euro? It currently shows as $ USD which will be very confusing, also negatively impacting price impression (difference between showing 49 of 45)

Where can I leave feedback/suggestions specifically for the merch design tool? As a User Experience Designer there's a few things I'd like to suggest to change.

Why are colors limited to 5 per item? There are tons of color options, especially for t-shirts. I'd love the same design on 8-12 different colors.

Why is the mug only rendered from one side? All mutli-side items have a button "front/back" but the mug only show one side which just about covers ±33% of the design.

Short answer is I don't believe so.

Material, care instructions and country of origin would be appreciated.
The item descriptions on your store page has the information about what the apparel is made of (for example, the tshirts are 100% cotton). For wash instructions, turn the apparel item inside out, wash in cold water (no fabric softener), then tumble dry on low.
- Currently, we only have the option to show USD$. Once paying for the items, the value of the transaction will be shown in their local currency. We do have plans for being able to show other currencies, just pending the ability to get it done.

- If you would like to have more color options, just make another item with the colors that you want in addition.
- That is definitely on the list to expand. For now, we recommend using the 3D mug to make images that you can upload in the "custom image" options
Someone put in an order through my merch store 4 days ago but it's not reflected in my order history yet. How long does this usually take? It's definitely been over 24 hours. I see it in my alert history and revenue history but not in the merch section.

The garments themselves may be made in Pakistan, or any number of other places depending on the item, but the printing is done in the US, EU, and other places. Each item will say where it ships from
It can depend on a number of situations. For 90% of orders, 24 hours is normal. for the other 10%, it could be a result of any issue that could be out of stock items, embroidery approvals, or an address issue stopping the order from moving to production, or even that they cancelled the order for any reason. I'm buying a few items for a giveaway but I want to ship the stuff directly to the winner. Hey! Is it possible to have a streamelements alert in my twitch chat when someone buys some merch? Something similar to when someone subscribes or follows.
Sometimes I don't even know when someone buys merch live on stream if I'm playing a game and miss the overlay alert.
Why is my logo shrunk for some clothing items? When I resize the most I can manage is average dpi of 150. I don’t have this issue with mugs, stickers or phone cases

You would make $0.10. The rest is used for printing the item and for site maintenance. For hoodies, we have a recommended price of $45, which gives you $15.10 profit.

I’m not sure if this is something that can be addressed but I was told by someone who wanted to buy things from the store that when they added a single sticker to their cart that also had a mug in it the shipping cost doubled despite it being in the same shipment. Hello! The items that have embroidery on them are only available in that print style right now. Sorry!
The best is to do a preview in your editing software using CMYK as the color options. Anything outside that range will appear faded
This can happen as certain items will not ship together. For example, mugs will almost always ship separate due to the chance of them breaking and causing collateral damage
The sizes will vary based on the products, we recommend using images that have at least a 300dpi for best results.
The confusion here is that the mug and sticker were bundled together in the same shipment rather than being explicitly stated to be separate.
To be clear, it is the same ORDER, that does not define that it will ship together
If they did infact ship together, the price increase would be a lot less. For example, two shirts, or 10 stickers

Gradients are great for embroidery. Try sticking with solid colors and simplify the design.
We don't directly interfere with any streamer's loyalty points settings or stream store. If there's an issue with your points or a redemption, you'll need to speak with the streamer or one of their moderators.

This is due to the gradient in your name. That is not going to read well for embroidery. I would suggest that being a solid color, maybe the same as the body of the gun.

With your logo, I would recommend simplifying the design - remove any gradients (solid colors only), and use the thread colors we have available in your design to find a good combination that looks good. With embroidery, simpler designs will come out looking a ton better
We keep track of all requests, so as long as people request it, it will get added to the list and reviewed for adding when we are able.
Because setting up merch requires detail, we highly recommend a larger screen. Because of this, we do have a limit in place to prevent people from setting up merch on lower resolution devices

I don't find the correct way to have an answer. Someone made a purchase in my store (streamelement store). it was on the 28th of february, and nothing is showing yet in my purchase history (sorry for my english, i'm french). what happened ? i don't understand and didn't received any informations upon this purchase ! i saw the alert on live stream, and the follower told me they had purchased 2 items. I also see it in my dashboard, but nothing in the merch purchases history, and, of course, nothing about the money of these order. Can u explain me what's happening ?

Unfortunately, we are only able to change the link by deleting the store and regenerating it. This does not remove any images or profit, but you do need to remake all the items you have there. If this is ok, please provide your account ID and I will get it done.

You do not.
Looks like the elements are getting messed up. That semi-circle to the right of your screenshot is what you would click to do this, which will open a link to your store that will have the discount applied to it. If you DM me your accountID, I can generate this link for you and send it to you, in the case you still can't click it on your end. It does open a new window, so if it isn't working on desktop, try in an incognito window as some browser extensions can interfere with this
Hey, my Merch store reverted to 4 auto generated items on the dashboard, it is still showing the 8 items I took the time to create on the store page though. What does this mean, can a backup be created so I don't have to redo the items? Or is this just a temporary glitch?

I don't know if this is the right channel, when people redeem the Stream Perks I've assigned in my stream store only the audio occurs. There's no notification and there's no visual (the GIFs don't show). They're set up as Stream perks, not just Sound effects. Preview and Alert asset each have the GIF loaded. Hello! Please review the pinned posts, there are some items/colors that need to be active for the rotator widget to populate. It is an older feature that needs updating, so there are issues like this. However, you are also able to build your own by copying images from your store and using the standard Image Rotator widget in your overlay editor

- As of right now, we do not have full control access for merch. 2. Stickers are kiss cut, meaning that they are cut around .3cm or a quarter inch from the design all the way around
For the first, the stickers are printed on white, not transparent vinyl, so the white will always be where any transparent region is. For the second, when a viewer purchases, we use those funds to process the order, then you get the profit. You don't have to put any money up from other than purchasing your own 🙂

Is this a glitch since I'm buying them as the creator? Or will be audience actually have to pay separate shipping for stickers they purchase? Also the merch welcome email has linked images from imgur.com which don't exist anymore. You might want to fix it.

The alerts will only be on your dashboard in the activity feed, on the purchase ticker, and show up on your profit history

No need to take it offline. The issue was isolated to a specific batch due to an update we pushed (and then fixed once we realized it). All affected orders will be replaced (even if they don't reach out)

Is there a way to know where the merch is coming from? i've ordered a t-shirt a few weeks ago that was made in the EU so no issues. Then i've ordered another t-shirt and that's coming from the US and i now have to pay 20 euro import costs on it. If i had know that i wouldn't have ordered it.

Might be a good idea to give people an idea where things are coming from.
Only certain things explicitly come from the US.
Anything else is beyond our knowledge if it needs to come from outside the desired region.

Hi. Sudo is right tho, some browsers have issues with our merch store, mostly Firefox, but it can affect other browsers too. Do you have a browser outside of Safari since you mentioned an Apple device?
I am the manager and a certified user. I am just able to go to Stream Elements and I’m automatically logged in. I do that for my iPad. I don’t have the password. I’m very limited in what I can do this is absolutely ridiculous
It is not related to the password or your user status. It is related to the browser you use. SE.Merch is not fully optimized for mobile devices and browsers outside of Chromium based browsers which can cause issues. This is why we recommend to just log in with a different browser and/or a different device.
So what am i supposed to do if I dont have the password but im supposed to handle this? This is y our brilliant plan??? Log in elsewhere?
If your browser is not supported, you need to test a different one to confirm the issue. If other browsers show the same issue, we will take care of it and fix it.
Like i explained, some browsers and devices are not optimized and can be problematic - this is nothing that we can fix.
I would suggest changing the browser to a Chromium based one, those do work on iOS.
The creator will be able to provide you access if you request it as a manager.
Please take care of it and fix it. Im not sure what you need to do but I am disabled and not really able to run out and go to another computer. Please help…
This is not about a computer, this is about downloading a different browser and using it to log in and adjust the settings. And this is something that can't be fixed in a short amount of time, browser optimization can take weeks or months.

This is not an issue for Apple, this looks like an issue that exists with an iPad combined with your chosen browser. You can always install a different browser for free and test it.

Yes, you can link the accounts, however that still does not merch the merch stores. That just allows the two accounts to swap between each other easily

I believe there is a slight bug with creating a new merch item(s). I click on "Get started" upload a design and then click on "save and publish" and then it loads into the homepage of the SE Merch without the product(s) being displayed.

I trying to make some stickers and me and my partner a abit confused! How big are the stickers and does the png have to fill out all the space when I upload

The canvas for the stickers are about 3"x4". You don't have to fill out the whole thing, the printer will kiss-cut the sticker just slightly larger than the image.

Since I'll only be selling stickers, will the shipping be a flat rate for multiple items or will the cost of shipping increase with more items in an order? What is the expected base rate for shipping locally and internationally?
There will be a slight increase per sticker, but it shouldn't be too much of an increase (we pass these directly from our vendor without any increase, so it is what ever they end up sending us). As for pricing, the expected is around $3 domestically, and international orders will be higher depending on ending locations

The replacements are in production and once they ship they should receive an email saying they shipped
Adding to what Greyson said, I went through orders last week and ordered replacements for all the affected orders I knew about. If anyone gets the box, have them reach out and I can double check on their order to make sure it was covered. There are likely a few that escaped me, but either way we will make sure it gets fixed
If you are talking about the design on the items, you can click edit on any item in the store and change the design there, or create new items with the new logo

@neon socket Unfortunately there is no integration with discord/external places so you'd need something listening to the API for your account activities.

The SE.Merch section will not let me into the store, it's said "This may take a couple of minutes. We will email you once the store is up and running." for over 24 hours now with no email. I'm not sure how I can fix this issue

I am trying to checkout of a merch store, and have added my address, but I have no shipping options available. Just says to 'please enter your address to view shipping methods', when address is already added.
Is there a recommend or max file size for merch? What’s the best canvas size for the quality on hoodies and shirts?
For apparel, if you design at around 5000px x 5000px, it should maintain quality when dropping it into the canvas. We do recommend trying to keep your image file size down to under 15mb, anything over that can start to cause problems (something we have on our list to work out)
Hey! My first guess is that one of the items in your cart is being marked as out of stock from our vendor. We don't have a great way to show this right now, however we wanted to make sure we stopped purchases (to avoid confusion in the long run). I would recommend pulling one item out of your cart at a time to find the one causing it, then add the others back in once you see shipping options again, this should help you figure out which item is causing it
Hi, I didn't realise that as a store owner I can get items at cost price so ordered like 3 things for myself. How can I cancel the order so I can reorder at cost? I've been to the Help Centre but it says we'll get back to you shortly but I've been waiting ages...

I've been trying to create my SE Merch Store for a few days now. I've been experiencing the same bug with creating a new merch item(s). I click on "Get started" upload a design and then click on "save and publish" and then it loads into the homepage of the SE Merch without the product(s) being displayed.

hey, everyone!! i have merch on SE that some of it is coming with this weird background when ordered. i have my logo uploaded to the designs which has a transparent background and is a png file. yet, when the hoodies are ordered, it comes with a different color square background. some of the tank-tops are even coming with a different color background and some don't. how can i fix this? i think the background looks bad

They have a contract with a vendor to produce the merch. You set the price on the shirt which determines how much above production costs you make

Yes please, there was a temporary issue similar of what you mention that was already fixed and replacements are one place, but is still better if they contact us, that way we get confirmation if indeed is that or something else that we need to take action on it

We don't directly interfere with any streamer's loyalty points settings or stream store. If there's an issue with your points or a redemption, you'll need to speak with the streamer or one of their moderators.
I have a quick question about the mousepads. If I upload a full bleed design for the mousepad, will it go to the edges? Additionally, will the rounded corners be cut off without warping the design? I've already taken the corners into consideration for the design but didn't remove them from the file I uploaded.

@quick solstice the XXL MP is full fill if you set it correctly. The standard one unfortunately has a regional "limit" of coverage.

As for changing the effect, you can go to the SE.Merch tab in the dashboard, then go to Marketing and you can change the effects between summer and winter, or none
but my marketing gets me for some reasn a black screen
That would be something local that is causing you to see that. I would try a different browser, we recommend chrome

Yes you do. You can decide how much profit you want to earn per item and once collected you can withdraw the balance - it is paid out via Tipalti, the same payment portal that we use for campaign payouts.

Yes. You create items with a base price (item + print cost) and then you can set the profit yourself - for example the t-shirt costs 15$USD to print, you sell it for 25$ - your profit is 10$USD

Ok. Do this for me. Go to the main SE.Merch page. Hit F12 to open the console window, then load the marketing tab. Screenshot any errors that pop up in the Console and DM them to me
Ok, that must be something with your device then (the airplane mode thing). To get there manually, right click and select "Inspect Source", then change the tab of the page that pops up from Elements to "Console", then send me the screenshot of the errors you see
