A few things to note with this log:
1: This is not a log from OBS.Live, just OBS Studio
2: You are using an older version, 21.1.2, latest is 22.0.2
3: Running as administrator: false, you should always run OBS as admin
4: keyint: 250 - If your Key Frame interval is not set to 2, and you are streaming to Twitch, you will have problems, this value should be 2
5: You did drop some frames from your stream related to your network Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1294 (1.0%)

Key frame interval is set in Settings > output
to run as admin you can just right click the shortcut and choose run as admin. You can also go into the shortcut properties, and under the combability section, you can mark this to always run as admin

err... i was about to say that you should use the simple mode. FFmpeg can lead into issues when not correct configured.

Pretty sure this won't work either.
You need to understand, the game source gets dragged through the Elgato capture card- processed, and input to your pc and then to obs. There will ALWAYS be a small delay (untill technology evolves more).

I used OBS live for the first time last night...Thank you it kicks butt and keeps me from having to have multiple windows open...but I noticed when i tried to raid someone it never wen through because i needed to have twitch open to accept the raid but i never knew that so i was never able to raid. So I'm using a theme overlay from the site, and want to know do I have to make a scene for each overlay of the theme so that I don't have a camera from one causing a overlapping issue in another source? Like say I go from a Live to BRB overlay, does that auto adjust my camera or is it better to create new ones for each state?

You should make a scene for each overlay, and places your sources in the scene. depending on what cam you have, you may need to use the same source to avoid issues when changing scenes. In some instances you will need to completely shutdown the cam source if you have multiple sources for the cam with different settings, only one source can be active at a time
some people will also set up a camera scene, and nest that scene in another scene

OBS.Live does not touch the encoder at all, it just adds the widgets using the browser source. There would be a small CPU overhead added to this, but in most cases this will not impact performance. If you provide a log it might give some more insight

Trying to output 1080p 60fps is not really an achievable goal with an 8350, and the 570 doing the encoding, I see in the log where the encoder was completely overloaded
Really, you need to try a much lower output. In the video settings of OBS, you will want to output to 720p, you can try 60fps, but your best bet is probably 30 with the specs you have. I would also lower the down sample filter to bilinear.

I am just going off what the log tells me, and my experience with OBS
Adding browser sources adds some overhead, and with the specs shown in the log, 1080p 60fps with gameplay, and an overlay is going to be too demanding on the system
and the log very much shows an 8350 as the processor

The 570 is not a very powerful card, will all the factors combined, I am not really surprised the encoder is being overloaded outputting to 1080p 60fps. AMD is not know for their hardware encoding, they really only excel at encoding with the Ryzen CPUs. If you want to use an overlay, and I would not expect an animated overlay to work well, your best option is to try lowering the output of the stream
Also, you have to take into account that outputting to 1080p 60 on Twitch when you are not partnered is going to greatly limit your audience, since not everyone will be able to watch at the source output you are locked to
Even as an affiliate it is best to not go higher than 720p 60

Yes, indeed javascript is force allowed for the site. Streamelements.com does work (including blog, knowledge base, etc. Just the part relating to the account does not. Also my firewall settings did not change in the last few days. And we were able to stream this week Tuesday.

Its a false positive caused by one of the files from the installer. A fixed version is coming, but for now, you can either restore the file from Windows Defender, or temporally disable real-time protection and download it again

Hello. I'm new to using OBS live. While I'm excited to see it condensed things like alerts and chat to one place what about the media player? I don't see anything like I would in ground control. My usual setup was Twitch tab open for title, category, tags, chat etc, obs and ground control to view alerts and control music. Does this mean I still need ground control just for song requests? I often toggle the media player on/off stream which requires ground control. OBS live is feeling a little incomplete to me unless it's still in the works and more features will be released later? Thanks.

@raw mist Media Share is planned for a future update to OBS.Live.
We also plan on fixing the keybind/hotkeys that is a problem in Ground Control v1.0 and make them fully working in OBS.Live (skip song, pause, etc)
For now I could suggest is to have Media Share dashboard page open as thats the only thing you'd need.
You can set your title and game via OBS.Live.
I'd strongly recommend NOT using the Ground Control app for Media Share as its known to be buggy, especially if you have the media share dashboard(website) open and the app.

Hey! I use Stream Elements OBS Live and can't set a delay on my webcam for longer than 500 milliseconds. My Elgato game capture HD is around 1 second behind my webcam and need to adjust it. Not only that you can only type in 100 in the field and have to you the up arrow to get it to 500

Then you are not capturing the right audio output device
By default, OBS should have a "Desktop Audio" source in the mixer, unless you skipped this part of the setup
If you have this, and there is no audio coming from it, check the properties to make sure its on the right device. If its not there, you need to add a new audio output source, and pick the right device

This Discord is the best place for support, but your audio issues would be unrelated to our plugin, as our plugin does not touch anything in OBS Studio related to the audio. If your audio is just cutting out, and you see the audio source in the mixer, then there could be a conflict between your audio device/driver and OBS. a log might give more insight

When I have OBS open, everytime someone says something I manually have to scroll down to check the chat, so it will give the popup 'more messages below' is there a way to set it to auto scroll? I am talking about the chat widget that is right of the preview

@balmy cliff look at the MSI afterburner, find out what is hitting the limit. It will show you CPU, GPU, RAM and VRAM usage. And drop settings ingame or on stream according to that. If you hit the VRAM max, drop the rendering distance/view distance, GPU itself - drop shadows and AA settings.

Afterburner will show you a graph for everything and max values, this is the easiest way to find out what is limiting you here.

Go into the browser source properties, make sure it's set to 1920x1080 there, and then I believe it's Ctrl+F to make it fit the canvas.

Yeah I figured out what I need for the game cap. I know it's two screens. But now my next issue is the steaming isn't working.
I can record no prob, but streaming, it says the URL isn't correct or something...
I'm getting the message, "Could not acces the specified channel or Stream key, please double-check your stream key. If it is correct, there may be a problem connecting to the server."
Issue is, I'm on auto select. So how does that become wrong?

@jovial sorrel it depends on what overlay you are using from us. Animated ones are a bit beefy then normal and if you have hypecup and/or kappagen then the usage will increase

If you are using OBS.Live, click on "Streamelements" in OBS top bar and click on "Chat"
This will only show it for you in OBS.Live

ok @rotund bough i added the 3 different overlays from stream elements and earlier when i first put them in the worked perfectly i closed out of obs came back like 2 hours later and the overlays are still in the browser source but it doesnt show them i have been using obs/streamlabs obs for some time now but decided to switch to stream elements chat isnt showing up nor is the activity on either side everything is up to date
