Hi! I want to add my Twitch channel but it says "channel is already claimed". I assume that is because at the time I didn't know I could have both YouTube and Twitch under one streamelements account. Is there any way to fix this?

I would like to merge them as my Twitch one has a different tip link than my YouTube and that can be confusing for my viewers!

there's no way to unlink 2 owner type accounts - if we delete one account, all linked accounts will be deleted

I believe I have a similar issue, i didn't know about the subscriber notification but I see now that its taking so long because of youtube, however i have the same issue with the bot, when i go live i try to type commands in the youtube chat and nothing happens

I find it easier to schedule a stream through Youtube itself and then use the option to use the current settings in OBS. It should start your stream that is scheduled for the soonest.

First of all, make sure to add your YT account properly - log into your Twitch account with us and click on "add youtube channel".

Once you've done that, you can copy overlays between the two channels.

The commands you'll have to copy one by one, unfortunately.

Might have a solution for you. Go to that URL:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Log in with your YT account.
Then remove StreamElements permissions from that page.

Then log in into our website again. This refreshes the connection and permissions and usually works with login problems. Can't hurt in that case

From what I see there are multiple live streams being started.
This can cause a conflict in which stream is the last one being recorded/streamed on Youtube, which would cause issues with the bot not knowing which stream to join.

@near stag - I've checked everywhere and can't find the corresponding setting in OBS.Live to set my Latency setting for YouTube Streaming. In the Advanced settings of OBS there's a "Streaming Delay" setting, but that's not enabled because that's OBS adding a delay in before sending the stream to YouTube. In YouTube there's a Stream Latency setting when you go live for "Normal", "Low Latency", and "Ultra Low Latency", but there doesn't seem to be a way with OBS.Live to make a selection so if you start your stream with the OBS.Live Chat Dock it defaults to "Normal" on YouTube which is a 30s delay.

If you downloaded it already, it's likely in your downloads folder, if not, then just redownload and take note of the location it was saved.
If you've installed it already, the obs.live backend acts more or less like an addon to your existing OBS installation (or at least, that's how it seems to me.)
it should basically be the same program, but with some differences peppered about.

I would recommend to use our alertbox for alerts on YouTube. Be aware that subscriber alerts are delayed. And chatbot - only works on public livestreams, so please add it and test.

Not really, the alerts on YouTube are working fine, outside of the subscriber alerts that have a massive delay thanks to the YT API. But this is not new.

This is your account username in our system, and it can't be changed. However, it isn't reflected anywhere which is visible to viewers or anyone else.

However, the merch, profile, tipping etc. URLs are also probably still with your previous name. They can be changed if you want.

However, I live in Poland and StreamElements is available here, and I have more than 100 subs (700 to be precise) and I can not activate and they want me to contact the support, but I can't see any contact to you so I am writing here on discord.

Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have overlays over your console gameplay.
