WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

In stream elements I am using the stream label for subscriber counts. When I place this on my layout it puts [count] in the label. I was expecting this to show my total subs of 102 but instead it is showing 32. I assume this is for a shorter time period than lifetime. My question is how to get this to show my lifetime subs. 4. When live, be sure to look at Live chat instead of Top chat, as Top chat will hide the bot messages.

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

Second question I have, do custom google fonts work or are they broken right now?

As you can see in the screenshot, the words AGGRESSIVELY AVERAGE TRYHARD are two different fonts.

The SE overlay editor shows one font (TEKO) which is what I want, but it displays another font in OBS (Helvetica).

Is this a known issue with YouTube or am I missing something?

A lil confused here, Lemme give you a scenario and hopefully that will sort this out.

I have a channel where i stream and as per the configuration when someone subscribes to my channel an alert box will popup with the name of that person. and recent follower name will be updated. When im offline and someone subscribes alert box wont popup but recent follower name should get updated, am i right?

Consoles do not have native support for overlays. You would need a capture card, PS4 remote play or Xbox companion app and a PC with OBS in order to have Overlays over your console gameplay.

WARNING: In submitting a closure request, all linked channels within the account will be deleted and you will lose all associated data. This includes overlays, custom commands, timers and past data (tips, subs, etc). You can still reconnect with the deleted account, but you are essentially starting fresh.

One thing you can still try is to disable all addons you have installed and activated in your browser for a short time. Then try to change and save your overlay.

The YouTube and Facebook name is not displayed in OBS. Looks like you can edit the overlay normally.

Please follow step-by-step:

1. Replace "@Instagram" in the overlay editor with "@quiet sun" as a test
2. Save the overlay by clicking on "SAVE" in the upper right corner
3. Check if the changes took effect by clicking "PREVIEW" in the upper right corner.
4. If the changes have been applied, click on this icon: http://img.bantor.de/27910/5f2c23b4d2e12.png and paste the copied URL into OBS by clicking on the Browser Source and pasting the link there.
5. If the changes were not applied, please try step 4 anyway. If it didn't work please get back to me

In order for the Bot to function, it needs moderator access. To add StreamElements as a moderator, visit youtube.com/comment_management and paste "https://www.youtube.com/streamelements" into the Moderators list.

So I use stream elements mainly to stream on twitch but I wanted to stream on YouTube today and I find it is the easiest streaming service to set up overlays well I changed my YouTube name a while back and stream elements is still using my old YouTube name it has the correct channel and all just every time I go to add an overlay and it says your name at the top it automatically adds my old YouTube channel name having not figured out how to change my username on stream elements I sent an email to stream elements to close my account is this going to close my twitch account as well I didn't know where to post this so I just posted it here considering it's YouTube related

I am at wits end. Please help. I have been working on this for two weeks now. I attempted to stream to Youtube which I have determined to be a lost cause. But now, Stream Elements won't stream to anywhere but Youtube. I have changed settings and even disconnected my Youtube from Stream Elements as a whole. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Streamelements and nothing! It just keeps trying (and failing) to stream to Youtube. I'm really close to just uninstalling and deleting my account and just dealing with not having all the features this OBS has. They do no good when you can't use any of them.

This only appears when you are logged into OBS.Live with YouTube. Please reread the first instructions the bot provided and log out and back in with the StreamElements menu at the top of OBS, and NOT in Settings>Stream. They are different logins.

Facepalm Yeah well it pops up every time I hit Start Streaming. No matter what I'm selected to stream to. Every time. My Youtube isn't even connected to this. No matter what I put in there. I could run you a video. I Log out. I run from StreamElements, from Admin mode. I go to Streaming, I change it from the Custom selection where it has Youtube listed to my Twitch. I connect my Twitch account. I select Start Streaming. This pops up. I log out completely, even on the damn website! I log back in from scratch starting with StreamElements App in Admin. I go to Streaming and the Custom Youtube link is back, I change it to Twitch again, I log out of everything, I run again StreamElements in Admin, I got to Streaming it has the Youtube link again, I change it to Twitch, click Start Streaming and this pops up again....

I have logged out of Stream Elements.

Again, the settings in Settings>Stream have absolutely nothing to do with the instructions you've been given. The only logout that will resolve this is directly in the StreamElements menu at the top of OBS. Changing anything anywhere else will not change the behavior.

Logging out of the website will do nothing. Disconnecting things in your YouTube account will do nothing. The only thing that will change anything is to log out in the StreamElements menu at the top of OBS.

Ok, I logged out throught StreamElements tab on OBS. Closed it out. Reopened it, just to be sure. Then I log back in, I select Start Streaming. Right?

I wasn't. I logged out using the logout section under the StreamElements tab on OBS about 25 times. Logged back in, it would do the same thing again. That's why I logged out and uninstalled, then reinstalled, logged in, same thing. I'm not going to fight with it any more. Thank you though, I mean that I'm not being an ass.

The view in the menu will also verify for me that you've logged in with Twitch and not YouTube. YouTube won't have the same options there.

Hello all, I have a problem when using StreamElements with OBS Studio Browser Source, the source is really too laggy (it updates only if something in the StreamElements is updated, otherwise it is not moving at all).
